Good food, the raviolo was particularly delicious. We had a slightly subpar service experience where the server didn’t clarify that a dish we’d ordered had meat, which we couldn’t eat when it arrived and had to send back in full, and then insisted that we pay for this dish that we didn’t even eat, which was a bit disappointing. Having said that, the rest of the meal was good and the ambiance is nice.

Chegamos no Borgo e entramos na fila de espera. Pedi um bolovo e uma releitura de caipirinha. Logo depois, uma mesa foi liberada, mas antes de ir, precisei fechar a comanda e pagar a conta, totalizando 113 reais, mesmo sem ter consumido nada. Já me senti um pouco trouxa por pagar isso por um drink e um bolovo… mas ok!

Bolovo - R$ 66: A descrição parecia incrível, mas o sabor foi uma decepção. Por 66 reais (SIM! sessenta e seis reais em um BOLOVO), o prato chegou frio, o primeiro pedaço estava super apimentado (sem aviso no menu) e o restante estava sem pimenta. O sabor do camarão passou batido, e o empanado não veio crocante.

Releitura da caipirinha - R$ 47: O drink era amargo, muito forte, e não lembrava nada uma caipirinha.

Bife Wellington - R$ 178: Estava com gosto de queimado (em comparação com outras fotos das avaliações, realmente estava queimado), a massa tava bem borocoxô. De acompanhamento, uma unidade de uma mini cenoura, uma unidade de meia cebola e uma colherada de purê, tudo por 178 reais.

É horrível ficar questionando o quanto cobram pelo seu trabalho, mas depois de ter essa experiência e pagar quase R$ 300, é muito decepcionante. Esperava pratos inesquecíveis que justificassem esses preços absurdo

Um bar intimista com excelentes drinks, localizado no subsolo do restaurante Borgo Mooca.
Recomendo o Pisco Santo (feito a base de Pisco, limão, capim santo e angostura). A comida é deliciosa tambem, mas caríssima e vem em pequena quantidade. Comemos um tuna sando (sanduiche de crudo de atum com ovas) que estava dos deuses, mas a porção é muito pequena e o valor altíssimo.

Que delícia de lugar, recomendo sentar no balcão para conversar com o pessoal e pedir recomendações (algumas não estão na carta, mas é segredo).
Os garçons são super atenciosos! Tínhamos pedido um chips de batata, mas como a cozinha ainda estava iniciando, sugeriram as almôndegas de porco, e juro, devem ter sido as melhores almôndegas que eu já comi na vida. 😭
Ah, e o cara da cozinha, muito gentil, acabou mandando o chips de cortesia, que é muito bom também.
Os drinks são um espetáculo a parte, todos muito equilibrados, feitos com maestria, acho que meus preferidos são o Mojito 2.0 e a batida Bargo!
