Was not bad, more like a playful restaurant you go to from a new chef with a rich dad! Absolutely not 2 Michelin stars. Have been to 1 Michelin stars 10x better than this one. Very surprised Michelin wants to de-value their brand by giving this 2 stars. Not even sure I would put it in the guide. Anyhow the staff was super nice and polite. Their house red was also very good.

The tasting menu was amazing. The service, the timing between courses, the waiters' suggestions for drinks, the food and creativity was very top. The essence of Brazil in this gastronomy experience blew my mind.

I went to DOM with my expectations very high as it is one of the few 2 Michelin Stars in Brazil. Couldn’t have left happier! 😍
We experienced the Menu Sertão, celebrating the 25 years of Alex Atala’s restaurant and it was absolutely amazing!
Each dish was representing beautifully the Northeast and Northwest of Brazil in a cohesive way. All the plates were well presented and the flavours were very balanced. Absolutely delicious!
The staff were very pleasant, caring and explained each dish and drink served. I ordered one of the signature cocktails with coconut crisps on the top and it was the best cocktail I had in Brazil.
The structure of the restaurant is mix of rustic and classic , but very harmonious. The atmosphere was pleasant, made for you to have a good meal while chatting with your family and friends. There was a nice Brazilian music in the background.
I couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough, it is totally worthy the price we paid.

Saw this restaurant on chefs table on Netflix. Decided to give it a try with a group of friends. Walked in expecting there would be no vegetarian options, but I was completely wrong. Their vegetarian full course dinner is out of the world. Each course had a distinct flavour from regions around Brazil. The chef was also personally present in the kitchen, so had the opportunity to get pictures.

This restaurant is truly a unique experience!

We had a great experience eating here on our last day in Brazil! The food was amazing, full of flavor, texture and the wine pairing was perfect! I did cry a bit while eating the mushroom foam, I guess I got overwhelmed by how good it was… we had the tasting menu on December 14th 2022!
