Beautifully designed interiors, quiet and spacious rooms with exceptional views of São Paulo, perfect location, big gym with everything, and a nice relaxing pool.

However, there were a few things that surprised me in a hotel of this caliber. Breakfast was served in the bar but was advertised online as in the restaurant. It felt cramped and a bit chaotic. When I mentioned it at checkout, they said the restaurant was being renovated. That was the first time someone mentioned this which felt a bit deceitful. The service was OK but good be more attentive. Overall, the hotel needs a little tlc. The wear and tear is visible on the chipped paint of corners and doorknobs. With new budding competition in town, it’s hard to justify choosing it at the current price point.

Great stay at Fasano, beautiful and private swimming pool area with views to Sao Paulo, very sweet and kid gym instructor at their gym who welcomed me with a big smile. Their breakfast have great choices, I would like to remember the name of the gentlemen who served me, tall, brunet hair, he was extremely kind, offered us alternative options to chose from the menu, checked on us often, I just think was the best customer service on my stay. Room was spacious and they kindly left us some fresh fruit everyday. The only thing which didn't go so smooth was the check out where I set for quiet a wile without being knowledge, when I finally went to check with the lady at the desk she said was all done and I could go, she was polite but I set there without knowing she was working on my check out and waited for over 35 minutes. But over wall was a great stay

We stayed at Fasano in January 2023. Impeccable experience from the moment yoi step into the hotel. Amazing pool, gym and spa. The massage I got at the spa was the best I had in my life.

I cannot wait to go back and stay again in this iconic place.

Nice tranquil, premium hotel. My favorite part was breakfast on the terrace.
All the staff very friendly and professional. Standard rooms looked small. Deluxe room was spacious and the bathroom had a window. Good hairdryer.
Comfortable bed and good blackout curtains.
Two Elevators are slow - allow time.
Hotel vibe is “dark”.
If you arrive early, you can shower at the spa - small restroom with shower, but clean and nice.
Very nice gym.

The sauna is on the indoor pool floor (unisex. Bathing suit needed). With time, it would be nice to see the sunset from the pool.

I found it about 20% overpriced, but given the limited premium options in São Paulo, if you want tranquil and walking to good spots around Jardins, it’s a nice option.

I was surprised by the 10 reais ($2) charge per in-room coffee pod. In room water provided.

Costa Brazil products are nice. Unisex scent that leans woodsy/male.

No complaints and I enjoyed the stay for business. For personal travel, not sure it’s worth the price.
