The restaurant uses binchotan, a high-quality charcoal that adds a distinctive flavor to the food. Additionally, the fish selection was amazing, very fat fishes (no salmon of course!); the bluefin toro nigiri was superb.

Each course was beautifully presented and prepared with precision. The only downside is the price, but it was worth it for the quality of the food and the overall experience.

One small improvement that could be made is the addition of a few more nigiri pieces, as I felt that I could have eaten a little more for the price. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great omakase experience.
