Fantastic. The concept of the restaurant is to have everything produced by small producers.  Moreover, they produce their own burrata, compote and jams. they cure their own meats.  Service is very good.  my whiskey sour was fantastic. Wine available is from small producers and biodynamic.
My one complaint: my deassert was meant to be  with kefir ice cream
