Hi. Went again to have lunch with coworkers but feel we got ripped. We asked the waiter to recommend food and ended paying almost 3 times what I usually pay at this place, for a table of 6 people, per person. However, the reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the pricing. While the quality of the food and service is unquestionable, it is on the higher end in terms of cost. This may not be an everyday dining option for everyone.

Highly recommend, amazing food, selection and service. My personal experience: I personally like octopus a lot and there were many, more than 5 options, which is fairly rare, and all of incredible quality. But I'd recommend reserving a table

Fresh fish, good technique and nicely presented dishes are things that come to mind at Kosushi. Heightened by a dimly lit setting and classy decor ideal for that romantic celebration. Overall it’s a nice sushi place with prices on the higher end. It used to have a Michelin star until 2018 practically guaranteeing that you’ll get good Japanese food. Sadly they do not have omakase (tasting menus) which would create an even better experience.

Best sushi i had in my life as i am from Canada. We dont have much of a japanease community. This restaurent has a well deserved michellin star. Also their special drinks were wonderfult i had a house gin tonic that was wonderfull highly recommend for a high end restaurent it was not too pricey either it cost us 80$ per person for 1 strat michellin. A real bargain if you compare with the US or Europe.

Detta var en trevlig överraskning, rekommenderad av en kollega från jobbet. Varenda rätt var mycket välsmakande, extremt väl presenterad och menyn har ett brett utbud. Vi hade blåfenad tonfisk, olika typer av Sushi och Harumaki, gyozas, alla var bra. Jag skulle rekommendera detta om du vill prova bra sushi. Vi var fyra och under tre omgångar beställer vi alla en maträtt och delad, stor upplevelse. Till efterrätt åt vi Dulce de Leche Mochï... Liksom vaniljtårtan och Rom & Julia. Servicen var oklanderlig. Restaurangen har också bra vinsamling och en mycket väl kurerad samling sake. Detta var verkligen värt ett besök och vi kommer att besöka igen.

Detta är en av platserna i Sao Paulo där Michelin-guiden vilseleder oss till ett beslut. Japanska restauranger tenderar att vara platser där poängsättning av Michelin-stjärnor är lättare på grund av att de kockar vi har på att bygga diskarna. Men denna plats är verkligen nedslående. Och jag kommer att ta upp de positiva punkterna först eftersom de är få. För det första är ingredienserna färska och beredda med respekt. Detta är det minsta som någon kan förvänta sig av en japansk restaurang. Vinlistan är också rimlig och inte för dyr. Bortsett från det går allt nedförsbacke. För det första måste jag påpeka den GRATIS service som servitörerna tillhandahåller. Kom igen, de kan göra bättre än någon som fungerar på en lowball bar skulle göra. På frågan "vilken typ av vit fisk har du för sushi?" Jag förväntar mig något mer än "vissa vita fiskar" som ett svar. Vår servitör hade inte en aning om vad som förbereddes av sushimen. Wasabi smakade också industriellt. Fisken var färsk, men det är inget särskilt som motiverar det pris som debiteras för deras specialiteter. Det saknar krydda, det saknar vad foodies kallar "stans". Det är japansk mat i en Michelin-stjärnad restaurang som påminner mig om de platser där den tillverkas massivt, eftersom det är gjort är några snabbmatkedjor. Dålig mat. Inte alls. När du blandar japansk disciplin och färska ingredienser skulle du aldrig en av fem. Men två av fem är mer än ok för denna plats. Obegriplig Michelin-stjärna. Fruktansvärda servide. Okejmat. Skulle definitivt inte rekommendera och säkert skulle aldrig återvända.

Vi fick höra att vårt bord skulle vara klart klockan 930 och vi satte oss inte förrän 11. Detta var en stor besvikelse när du är extremt hungrig. Maten var mycket bra men inte enastående och priserna representerar att maten borde vara enastående. Tjänsten var genomsnittlig. Jag var tvungen att gå och få vinet att hälla oss själva och det var en dyr flaska. Detta är oacceptabelt för mig.

Jag har ätit på Kosuhi flera gånger än nästan någon annan restaurang i världen och jag har gått dit på nästan varje affärsresa till SP. Men ikväll gick jag med vänner och när vi kom fram till en tom restaurang, blev vi frågade om vi hade en reservation. Vi gjorde inte och fick höra det fanns bara platser i baren. Två timmar senare var 60% av tabellerna fortfarande tomma och vi var de enda i baren. Excusionen från värdinna var folk visade inte. . . . . . . Jag antar att detta är arrogans värdinna kan utvecklas efter att en plats får en Michelin Star. En del av att tjäna en stjärna är maten, den andra är tjänsten. Efter att ha dinned på många Michelin Star restaurang (många tre stjärnor, inklusive de i Frankrike, är en del av stjärnan tjänsten. Därför känner jag min titel, Michelin Half Star är lämplig. Maten är fantastisk, tjänsten behöver lite förfining.

Kosushi är en bra restaurang, fantastisk atmosfär, utsökta diakon och mycket bra service. Naturligtvis ingår det i priset.

Detta är en av de bästa sushi restaurangen i staden! Vacker plats, bra atmosfär, super trevlig personal, bra service och naturligtvis bra mat. Jag besöker minst en gång i veckan och det är alltid perfekt! !

Vi kom som en grupp av 7 till middag, och vi alla slutar med matförgiftning för de närmaste dagarna efter. Nästan 100% säker på att det kom från denna restaurang eftersom det var den enda måltiden vi hade tillsammans under lång tid. Vår erfarenhet på restaurangen själv var också hemskt, jag tror faktiskt inte att jag har haft mer hemsk service någonsin i mitt liv. För det första fick de vår order fel flera gånger, inklusive oss ber om mat som vi hade beställt som inte hade kommit i ungefär två timmar, i slutändan kom det aldrig ens efter att vi frågade om 4 gånger. Och då är det roligt att det kom upp i propositionen i slutet. Ett annat exempel var när min vän beställde havsborre sushi, men när det kom var det definitivt inte havsborre. De fortsatte att säga att det var. Min vän fick även en bild från google och visade dem, de sa att det var vad de kallar havsborre. Detta var allt på engelska förresten. Och sedan i slutet fick vi reda på att den engelska menyn och portugisiska menyn hade saker i något annorlunda ordning, så de gav oss gurksushi. Förutom att vi frågade dem på engelska och de sa att cucumber SUSHI var hav urin. Det är nog allt jag behövde säga om denna restaurang. Tjänsten var så dålig kvaliteten på maten inte ens spelar för oss i slutet. Och då fick vi matförgiftning. . Det var inget sätt jag inte skulle lämna denna restaurang med en dålig recension.

Sushi är spektakulärt fräsch och perfekt monterad. Kock George Koshoji skapelser är moderna och delikat och min favoriträtt är tonfisken Thai. Måltiden slutar på en hög anteckning med en uppfriskande mochiis (prova kokosnoten och dulce de leche mochis). Perfekt ställe för ett datum eller middag med vänner.

Denna restaurang är riktigt mysigt och trevligt. Trevlig personal, bra service, sushis och sashimis mycket trevligt och välsmakande. Jag rekommenderar det starkt det ekologiska capuccino vid slutet av din måltid (gjorda med ris mjölk, 100% kakao och coconut socker). Mycket trevligt!

Kosushi är ett 1-stjärnigt Michelin japonese restaurang som har en säregen meny. De har en mycket bra service och maten är riktigt bra. Ett måste gå om du är en fläkt av japonese kulinariska. Deras ikura är det bästa jag någonsin upplevt. Priset är ganska högt.
