Beautiful location. Great place for couples and young families. Food in restaurant is def worth it. Make sure to take advantage of the top views, and sauna/spa. Trails were easy too, although confusing to walk, the signs weren't clear.

It's surprising to find that this hotel commands higher prices compared to many other renowned hotels worldwide. While its beauty and unique design are undeniable, the pricing seems unrealistic.
Certainly, it appears to target only a specific "elite group", reflecting a common scenario in Chile. Here, one often pays for the clientele rather than the quality of service received, exemplifying Chilean classism. As a suggestion: improve your services, the quality of the place and the parking. Why is this "exclusive group of people" still giving their place an 8/10.

Beautiful as most people describe it, treks around the place are also worth it. Staff was mostly great but you could tell how tired and stressed looking they were all the time. Truly veterans of the service industry expected in a "high"-end hotel.

We had trouble the moment we arrived, lady at reception forgot to give us our bracelet for entering the private parks and didn't know the direction for the parking for some reason but soon we realized she was learning at the moment so it was fine.

The second day we spent most of the day around the hotel, I paid for a massage for my partner later that day. Later on she came back to my and told that after she had her massage session the staff ask her to pay for it even though it was already paid. THREE staff member harass her to pay (how relaxing), all in Spanish which she can not understand. At the last moment before she could tap her card one of the ladies stop her and said that she found the recipe.

That night we went to the restaurant and the service was terrible, the staff was simple tired and doing they best but it lacked.

Overall the staff was attentive and know how to handle things but however was managing there was a mistery. The ADMINISTRATOR was nowhere to be seen unless of course you summon he/her through the staff which immediately makes they faces drop in fear of being scolded.

The feeling of no one supervising the place was palpable the moment you walk in. Managers in Chile are not there to help their staff but to blame them if something goes wrong, depotism is a reality here and I say this as a Chilean.

Beautiful place, amazing architecture. The decoration is very detail-oriented. The service could be better for such high quality hotel, as well as the cleaning. Overall, we had a very relaxing experience.

WOW. What an experience we had here! I'd seen this hotel online before and it's what enticed me to come. It was genuinely so beautiful, inside and out. Breakfast buffet was delicious - lots and lots of variety, you'll want a plate full of everything to try (honey dripping from a honeycomb was a real treat!). We highly enjoyed the spa and other facilities. We trekked up to Huilo Huilo waterfall and it was amazing, as well as white water rafting. Absolutely amazing! The service was fantastic as well - loved the turning down of our bedroom at night, as well as the kind staff.
