Had a great experience at this restaurant. Was recommended by someone so we went to try it. First we had the cold mix seafood and it was a tad strange but really good!

Next we both had the fish of the day and wow!! This was great and the flavor was really really good and yes was a local fish.

Drink wise I had their best pisco strait with ice and my wife had a mixed drink with pisco. Both were really good. Service was overall fast even though we did have to flag down our waiter a few times.

Overall for the price and quality I think was well worth it. Wish I had more time to try more on the menu. Great experience!

I went here with the various pisco drinks in mind, but also had dinner with a couple of people. We were disappointed in the service. The food was pretty good, nothing special. Drinks were fantastic. I would recommend only going for a drink or two and then leaving so you don't have to wait forever for your adequate food to arrive.

Fine if you’re unconcerned about conversation - this is a busy acoustic damping-free space - and looking for fuel food.
The humus was good but toast dry and not hot. Chicken was fine but not hot. Luke warm sweet potato mash nice enough but laced with slices of raw onion. Can’t comment on the grilled salmon because they forgot it. No non-alcoholic beer sold here.

Dropped in for a quick lunch and had the house specialtys: pisco sours and a cebiche. Everything is quite good, but you can find similar quality all over the city. However, it's quite an attractive space with friendly service, so don't hesitate to try it out.

Good service, Tasty food, great atmosphere, reasonable prices.
Beware the pisco floats, they can pack a punch. The willy wonka cocktail was delicious.
The bartender was entertaining to watch as he mixed drinks.
Walked in with no reservation for 6 people and they were able to seat us in 10 mins.
EDIT : so day after and 2 people experienced illness, both aye seafood Creamy rice. Cannot say 100% it was the food but that was the only common thing between them.

Hade en underbar kväll med goda cocktails, följt av god mat och levande musik. Bartendrarna får oss att känna sig som hemma och delade med sig av sin kunskap om cocktails och gav oss råd till drinkar vi aldrig skulle ha provat och det visade sig fantastiskt.

Härlig atmosfär, bästa Piscos och riktigt god mat. Vår barkeeper Andrés gav de bästa rekommendationerna och hade en härlig pratstund med oss. De hade även livemusik senare på kvällen. Rekommenderar starkt denna plats!

Bra mat, härlig personal som talade Spanska och Engelska, avkopplande omgivningar och fantastiskt dryckesutbud. Vi satt i trädgården för en mycket tidig middag och det var ganska lugnt med sval belysning. Fisk och skaldjur var av god kvalitet och tillagade vackert.

Roliga cocktails & flygningar av pisco, bra mat (inklusive veganska alternativ) , fräck meny kopia och inredning. Vi har verkligen haft denna plats och besökte två gånger (skulle ha besökt fler om de var öppna på söndag). Vi gillade särskilt att sitta på den inre gården. Du behöver bara vara i Chile i ca 15 minuter innan du upptäcker rivaliteten mellan Chile och Peru när det gäller pisco. Chipe Libres eleganta lösning är att utropa en republik röda stjärnor, höjda nävar som kombinerar det bästa av båda.
