I dream of Panchita. It’s been a whole year since I was there. The pisco sour, the atmosphere, the vibes, the FOOD (especially ceviche) are unbeatable. The best, I miss it so much. I live in Berlin, Germany and think about it atleast once a week. Magical place

This is a good restaurant with chill atmosphere, but the food just didn't reach our expectations..Especially the roasted octopus, i can't imagine why this dish is so expensive with a small plates of food.. But anyway, it's worth enjoying.

Highly recommend Panchita! I visited Santiago for 10 days and this was my absolute favourite restaurant. Everything was incredibly tasty and well prepared. Perfectly salted and amazing flavour. Our table shared the tiradito dish, and I ordered the Anticucho Lomo. The sauces were perfect accompaniments and loved the spiciness of the one salsa. Honourable mention for the pisco sour; as others have commented it’s spot on. Dessert portions were also massive!!!
There is something for everyone here unless you don’t like good food!
If I had to say anything critical, I would say the interior could be improved, particularly the lighting which was quite harsh. The exposed ducting was unappealing to look at as well. Service was a little slow at times but our table kept busy with chatter 😝. The food outperformed these minor things though so I give it 5 stars. Overall, highly recommend and can’t wait to return someday!

My first experience with Peruvian food, in Chile, no less.  It was wonderful.  Since I'm from the Midwest and can have wonderful corn fed beef any day of the week, so my group went with the sea urchin, oysters, and a few different ceviches.  Great pesco sours.  Desserts were a feast for the eyes and taste buds.  No disappointments.  Ready to go back to Chile any time for the food experiences alone.

Overall, pretty mediocre experience. The waiter was pretty aggressive in suggesting what we ordered. Got a mix seafood sampler and Chinese seafood fried rice. Big portions. The food was decent but nothing special. Very expensive, especially given the quality. Most expensive drinks we’ve had in Santiago. There are def better restaurants in Santiago worth checking out. Disappointed that this isn’t one of them.
