Amazing dinner at Humo Negro.
We took the tasting menu which was a great way to get to  sample a bit of everything. The staff was amazing explaining every course, the ingredients, and how to eat it.
Drinks were great as well.
The place is expensive but this is a culinary experience well worth the money.
I will be back.

We have never experienced a feast like tonight at Humo Negro.

Coming from a family of foodies, we have been to many wonderful restaurants and often been very happy, but after tonight we are on cloud nine!

The food is of course the most important part of eating out, but the service, atmosphere and how the food is presented have an important role in the experience as well.

We decided to go all in and ordered the Omakase menu, which consisted of 17 small courses. From the first course to the last, we fully expected there to be at least one that wasn’t to our taste, but each one was simply delicious.

Humo Negro not only has master chefs, but artists too. It may seem silly when people take pictures of their food, but as each and every time the presentation was a work of art, we simply could not resist.

The service was amazing; our waiter introduced each course in a way that made us excited about trying them, and he was happy to answer all our questions. He and his coworkers were both friendly and professional.

If you come to Bogotá and do not go to Humo Negro for the Omakase menu, you are missing out on an incredible experience. We count ourselves lucky to have found this place and are still floating on cloud nine!

Incredible dining experience! The cocktails were perfectly crafted and expertly recommended to suit our tastes and preferences. The food was absolutely exquisite, and the service was truly top-notch. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming.

I especially loved the use of local ingredients in the omakase tasting menu; the chef's expertise shone through with a masterful blend of Colombian tradition and Japanese flair. Each dish was small, elegant, and a true work of art.

The ambiance added to the experience, with the restaurant showcasing unique art from local and international artists. Every detail here is thoughtfully curated. Highly recommend for a special night out!

A must go! We loved the food. We took the Omakase and the pairing. Each bite was unexpected. The cocktails were refined. I would not be surprised this restaurant soon gets a Michelin.
Definitely a restaurant to be discovered.

This restaurant is really good.

We had the omakase set menu with matching drinks. Every dish was quite exceptional and the matching drinks were really quite good (although, we preferred the sake and wine over the cocktails).

The space and location of the restaurant is also uber cool, and the staff could not be better. It really is a 'must do' in Bogota.
