The hotel needs a lot of upgrades and maintenance. However, the staff were very friendly and provided amazing service. The staff were able to accomodate our needs to serve breakfast earlier when we had to leave for our tours. Also, we had a celiac person in our group and the staff made sure she always had something to eat.

We came for breakfast, but our party of 4 was dissatisfied with the service and the food. Everything came out at different times, the breakfasts didn’t include coffee or juice as stated in the menu, and the food itself was underwhelming. The French toast was more like bread with syrup on top, the fruit in the crepe wasn’t fresh, the ice cream we ordered with the crepe came 5 minutes later, and when we asked multiple times about the coffee, the server said it wasn’t included despite the menu stating that the specials included it. Highly recommend the restaurant down the street where we had delicious breakfast of waffles, eggs, juice, and coffee the day before.

Very nice little hotel. Stayed only 1 night but would happily stay a week. Central location. Attractive grounds. Nice clean room with pretty theme and bathroom  with all that's needed. Great buffet breakfast if you arrive in time.

Stunning hotel off the main street. Lovely clean rooms with en suite overlooking a central courtyard with beautiful garden and swimming pool. Bruffet beakfast was served in the restaurant  and staff were attentive and friendly.

I can't say enough about the spectacular time we had at Hotel Silberstein on the Galapagos, especially the amazing staff Mary, Pablo, chef Mary, and everyone who was so friendly and gracious during our weeklong stay at this lovely hotel.

They did a magnificent job of coordinating all our many excursions and we even went out with them to the local pub one night for drinks, dinner, and great conversation. Then we went out again the next day for amazing ice cream and sight seeing in Puerto Ayora. They feel like family and we will remember this trip for the rest of our lives.
