Beautiful place, blessed by God! It's no wonder it's one of the 7 wonders of the world! It's very well preserved, and the tickets are organized into 3 sectors. I loved visiting it!

While the actual place is amazing, the current system they have of different circuits, and the footpaths they made for them, is extremely restricting and bottles up hundreds of tourists in very tight lanes and stairways. It’s quite challenging to experience the place with any kind of appreciation because you’re always being herded to a different spot.

The single most incredible monument I have ever visited. Absolutely breathtaking from the moment you arrive.

Recommend doing serious research in advance in terms of guides / tours / etc. so you come super prepared.

Great experience. Buy the bus tickets ahead of time because they tend to sell out. I recommend doing Circuit 3, 2 then 1, in that order. Wear long sleeves and pants or use mosquito repellent, it is not your typical mosquito, this breed is different and will leave you itchy and red spots all over your body.

Came at the right time, end of Sept.  Better weather not much people. Although, They allow 6k people to go in everyday. It is better to Hire a guide to get an understanding of this place and request earlier schedule to go to the sanctuary. It is truly amazing and breathtaking. Must visit when you can.
