Staying at Skylodge in Peru was an incredible adventure! The glass pods provided a unique and immersive way to experience the stunning landscape of the Sacred Valley. Getting up to the lodge was challenging but rewarding, and the views from our pod were absolutely breathtaking. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the meals were delicious, especially dining under the stars.

My family and I truly had such a wonderful experience here. Our briefing was on point and expectations were not only met but surpassed. What a great time we had. Our climb was nothing short of awesome and our guides always made sure we were safe and following procedures along the way. They made sure that we were always comfortable and safe. The evening, when we made it up to our pod, though it was a tad cold...we made sure to check out the jacuzzi. What a beautiful site it was, all the stars at a glance from the hot tub and then when we made it inside our pod, our down linen and sheets were soooooo warm, it was a night to remember. In the morning, our view was breath taking over the Sacred Valley. Truly an experience to remember and, God willing, return to with friends.

Incredible and totally worth it! If you are visiting Cusco/Peru, it’d be a mistake to miss this once in a lifetime kind of experience. I thought figuring out the difference between sky/star lodge initially was a little confusing. We did the sky lodge adventure and it was definitely gets your heart racing at times but so so fun. I’d imagine the star lodge is a wonderful alternative if the big ascent is not for you. Our guides spoke wonderful English, our guides prioritized safety and were eager to help and make sure we have the best experience.

I cannot recommend this experience enough. We came to Peru for Machu Picchu, yet this was the highlight of our trip. Everything from the guides, the food, the cleanliness, and comfort of the pods far exceeded my expectations. Not to mention the actual Via Ferrata and ziplining was soooo much fun! You will not regret booking this experience, unless you are afraid of heights, then I would checkout their sister location Star lodge!
