Vi åkte till Kg för en middag i Lima eftersom det tycktes vara den bästa restaurangen nära vårt hotell. Utrymmet är trevligt och det är också tjänsten. Vi hade en Cebichon och en El March en Niveles. Den andra var mycket bra, fisken från Chebichon var lite för "frusen".

Hade en bra måltid på KG när du bodde på hotellet i närheten. Vi hade nötköttsbenen och det var mycket ömt och smakade bra. Lima är en seriös matstad, och min erfarenhet har varit att många restauranger vilar på rykte och komplicerade rätter i stället för riktigt god mat. Inte så vid KG. Maten här är så bra, ingredienserna i sådan hög kvalitet att de lyser. Rätterna är uppfinningsrika och kreativa utan att vara alltför komplexa eller överarbetade. Ät burgern, anka maträtten, någon av ceviche-rätterna - verkligen allt är läcker!

Personalen på KG restaurangen kopplad till Hotel Antigua är utmärkt! Presentationen av peruanska rätter med gormetflare gjorde vår vistelse på Antigua en upplevelse att aldrig glömma! Vi åt här på affärsresa för både frukost och lunch. Frukost var en fin spridning av skinka, ost, ägg, franska toast, oliver, frukt, spannmål och bröd. Till lunch hade vi en aptitretare kokt potatis med två olika såser. För huvudrätten, peruansk biff på toppen av fettuccine med grön sås. Stek var bra men fettuccine var lite över kokta. Totalt sett fast mat.

Maten här var ganska välsmakande, men inget emot - blåser. Min syster hade fläskflödet (vilket var enormt!) Och även om jag aldrig har sett en så stor snitt så var det inte så krispigt som vi skulle ha velat. Jag hade reservdelar revbenen som var ganska bra. Ceviche var mycket gott, men det var inte den färskaste fisken som vi har haft i Peru. Det här är en ny restaurang, och de arbetar säkert med kinks. Jag skulle rekommendera det som de verkar försöka några mycket intressanta tillvägagångssätt för peruanska livsmedel men jag tror inte att jag var ganska sliten nog av inredningen, tjänsten eller mat att ge 5 stjärnor. Kanske kom vi bara på en av natten, jag önskar dem lycka till i framtiden.

Jag har bott i Lima i många år och gjort det en tid att äta vid Kg när jag kan. Prova grillad bläckfisk för att få saker påbörjade, njut av gnocchi och svärdfisk huvud och chocolatissimo dessert att avsluta natten. Fantastisk plats, stellar service.

Under vår vistelse i Miraflores försökte vi många fantastiska restauranger och en av dem var KG. Vi beställde svampen sliders som smakade så bra att vi var tvungna att få en annan order av dem. Vi älskade vår erfarenhet hos KG så mycket som var tvungen att komma tillbaka en gång innan vårt flyg (kunde inte motstå och beställt 2 order av reglagen lol). Både min hisband och jag kom överens om att ceviche vi beställde var det bästa vi hade! ! Älskade allt om den platsen! Bra mat, service, design och atmosfär!

Under min sista resa i Lima hade jag en av de bästa kulinariska upplevelserna de senaste åren och åt i fantastiska restauranger. Att inom sju dagar av besök åt jag två gånger på Kg Restaurant är ett vittnesbörd om hur mycket det imponerade på mig och hur mycket det stod ut, även om jag åt så bra som sällan i Lima. På mina två middagar vid Kg observerade jag att kocken inte bara utövar de visade teknikerna (sfärifiering, mille feuille bakverk, gelifiering, etc.) med perfektion men även ventures och framgångsrikt så till kök från olika delar av världen (kinesiska , Japanska, italienska, spanska, franska, amerikanska och naturligtvis peruanska) för att erbjuda ett brett utbud av smaker och rätter på en mycket kort och kortfattad meny (som jag föredrar, eftersom en kort meny ger en högre chans att få allt som görs för att beställa , och allt nytt). Bland de rätter som jag försökte med mina följeslagare skulle jag säga att standouterna är biffstenen med vaktelägg och avokadokräm på hemlagade riskakor med nori, anka-rätterna (anka Tataki i pachikay-sås och ankabröstet med koriander) den glaserade fläskmagen med mocka sötpotatis och som öken Jamon del Cielo (mjukpuffdekor med chokladmoussefyllning)

Vi åt här 4 gånger på 10 dagar. maten var så bra vi fotograferade menyn. skaldjur, till peruanska fusion kötträtter, öken alla otroliga. Beläget i Antigua Hotel Miraflores, skaparen av dessa fantastiska rätter Carla Davila Carline, ser till att varje maträtt stiger till kvalitetsnivån som den tidigare.
