Incredible service and new inventive flavors!! I’m writing this review a couple months after dining here, and the most memorable dish had scallops, mushrooms, and this bright green sauce with some kind of iridescent oil floating in it. It was briny and delicious and I think of that iridescent oil every time I see an oil slick at a gas station or in a parking lot (in the best way). The portions were quite generous and we left very satiated and happy. Everything was so intentional, down to the minimal lighting (every table had a stone centerpiece with a spotlight above the table so you could really take in the dishes.. perfect!!

I am so glad I chose this over other very popular spots such as Central. Food was flavorful, fresh and great at taste. Cocktails were refreshing and impressive. The ambience was calm and soothing. It was a little pricey for the area but Must try!

As a local guide I can honestly say that this was one of the top three dining experiences I’ve ever had.  I wish u could give it eleven stars

Food was delicious and beautiful and the server was excellent.  Would come back in a heart beat.  Maybe best meal I’ve ever had?!

If I could give this place more stars I would. I can’t believe the ratings aren’t higher on the World 50 list. I ordered popeye crab, seared scallops, fish curry, and flan all for myself. The popeye crab was fine, maybe a little too citrusy for me, but everything else was stellar. Maybe the best flan I’ve had of my entire life? My only regret is not ordering/eating more. I booked last minute reservations, but it was low season so I lucked out!!!

I got really lucky and had the opportunity to eat here as a walk in. There is no tasting menu but you can also order half of 4~5 dishes which is what I did + desert (I was just before unpleasantly full by the end). The food was really good - I loved the overall balance of each dish.
Additionally, I really enjoy learning about food and I asked the servers a few questions and they were very nice.

Personal favorite would be the fish curry.
