We had an amazing time here, and would highly recommend for cocktails. Service and ambiance are impeccable, and the cocktails are outstanding. Shocked they weren’t listed Top50 Global this year, as I’ve been to several of them and Carnaval is better than many I’ve had!

Do go, do a tasting flight, and enjoy the experience!! Favourite was definitely the Truffle Last Word.

Carnaval has great drinks and a variety of options from Peruvian classics to just the classics. We were able to show up without having to wait but it did get pretty crowded soon after so if you definitely want a table, try and get a reservation. The music was very good and loud enough to feel like a lounge but low enough where you could easily talk and hear each other. They have some apps, don’t expect to eat a full dinner here. Highly recommend!

I had a great time at the bar! It's a good idea to make a reservation in advance because it gets very crowded. The two of us shared the "Tasting of 7 flights half cocktails" (PEN 180), and it was perfect because we got to try all the most popular drinks.

Not much I can say that hasn't been said. All the cocktails were great, the service was good and some of the experiences were pretty cool. A couple of the garnishes were a bit over the top, but would still recommend. It's obviously more expensive than other bars around Lima, but it's pretty great as a 1 time experience. Surprisingly, the fried chicken was pretty amazing too.

We made reservations bc they are apparently required but happened to be nearby  the night before our reservation and still got in - this is an amazing experience- story behind every cocktail and so much love and thought into every drink - absolutely stunning 🍹🦙🇵🇪
