As we past the restaurant we could hear the laughter and conversation outside. So we called in to see the menu, if you’re a seafood or meat lover then this is the place for you. The first thing we notice was the reasonable cost of food and drink here. The dishes are mostly local Peruvian dishes explained in English. The staff are outstandingly helpful in explaining what the dishes are.
The food is very well presented and the taste is outstanding I had Seafood cau cau, and Sandra had traditional Peruvian seafood stew, the taste was exceptional. The amount and quality of the seafood again was outstanding. The restaurant was busy for a reason, and we quickly understood what that was, quality over quantity.

I’ve been coming to this place for years now and I have never had a bad experience. The food is comforting and delicious! I love that the recipes really represent homemade peruvian food. I love their classic ceviche, asado con puré, papa rellena, lomo saltado, and their pisco sours!
It can be a little but pricey but it is definitely a great place to go.
They have good music playing in the background which nicely complement the ambiance.
Their staff is friendly and attentive. This is definitely a place I like to visit when I’m in Lima.

The food is great. I'm vegan but my fish lover friends said it's one of the best sea food places around. I had some of the rice without the seafood, and it was possibly the best I had in a long time, tasted a bit fumé.. the service was great and fast too.

An upscale eatery with a focus on seafood, and some variety in the menu.  the wait service is professional and matches the high prices.  You get a feeling that you are in an expensive place, and you are.  I liked my plate (Tallerine Salteado con bif);  I liked it as much as any other I have had, tasty and filling.  Other folks in our party enjoyed their servings as well.  they have a full bar here so you can drink what you please.

A casual seafood place with decent food and better service.
This was not a pre planned visit, but a last minute resort to have lunch after visiting the nearby Amano museum.
I was not greeted with disdain for not having made a reservation ahead of time, or offered the worst table in the place, as was the case when I went to Amor de Mar where I never plan to even be nearby.
I ordered the causa with pejerreyes arrebosados which for S/45.00 was a deal: a large portion and well presented on a white dinner plate in a the shape of a subtle wave.
There was a layer of salsa acevichada in between the causa and the fried smelts which livened up the purees yellow potato. The pejerreyes were dusted in flour and then deep fried to perfection.
That and a glass of chicha hit the spot before heading back to finish my visit to the Amano museum, just 4 blocks away.
