Friendly staff, quick service.
Delicious cocktails and food. We shared the dishes shown in the photos among four people and could barely get up from the table because we were so full! Everything was tasty and satisfying.

Great food . Nice ambience. Our waiter Cesar was very nice and helpful . I define recommend this place for lunch or dinner.
Well we came back for dinner twice during our stay and also had lunch here on our way to airport . We were getting late but we managed to get a table and got our food fast. From my experience here I gathered that All waiters and servers and all people working in this restaurant take their work very seriously and do it from their heart . Great place where I know for sure  my dish will Not go wrong . Thank you guys for the amazing experience every time I visited.

My first time visiting Panchita in Miraflores was an incredible experience! The decor inside the restaurant is beautiful— creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the perfect tone for the evening. The service was wonderful—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with recommendations and explanations of the menu items. As for the food, it was simply outstanding! Every dish was packed with flavor, and the portion sizes were very generous.

If you’re in Lima, I think Panchita is a must-visit! Delicious food, great ambiance, and top-notch service—I can’t wait to return and explore more of their menu!

I went here based on the reviews and the fact it was super busy at 4pm in the afternoon. I had to wait for a table.
I ordered a starter that I forget the name but was croquettes with potato and cheese. The portion size was crazy for 1 person so I had to leave half or I would have been full before my main course. I hate wasting food and this annoyed me. No need to serve so much as a starter.
When my main course came I couldn't believe how much food was on the plate. It also came with a bowl of rice that was enough for 2 at least plus salad. Ridiculous amount of food. This annoyed me even more as it would have been impossible for anyone to consume all the food I ordered.
I had ordered a  selection of taster dishes so that I could sample the different dishes of Peru.
I've come to the conclusion that Peruvian food isn't for me. I found most of these dishes unpalatable and ended up leaving most of everything, paid the bill and left very disappointed and confused with the reviews.
I've no complaints about the way the food was cooked or presented but the flavours just didn't suit me. Either too bland or a strange flavours I didn't like. One dish had stomach and another had lungs. Not good flavour for me.
The Pena Colada cocktail was excellent and the best part of the meal.
Service was very good and it's a lovely ambience inside.
Unfortunately I won't return because of the very strange flavours for most of the food.
If you like Peruvian food and huge portions then you will love this place......just not for me.

What a way to end a leisure afternoon. The staff at a local hotel. We truly enjoyed our experience. The food was outstanding, the beverages satisfying,  the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. We started our meal with Sopa Criollo, a flavorful blend of diced beef, angel hair pasta in a rich cream soup. Cooked by our main courses. We selected Arroz con Pato, which was a succulent, tender melding of flavors. The duck was some of the best I've eaten. Our second main course was a recommendation of our server - no regrets. The vegetables were fresh, and the entire dish looked just as appealing as it tasted. For dessert we went with a traditional Tres Leches. The serving, enough for 4 people, was rich and creamy. I'd highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good place to eat.
