Really nice gastronomic restaurant, great flavours made with local ingredients, yet with international inspirations. Great blend -the Escabeche was absolutely delightful and the dumpling was the best dish, with a very thin dough and a crazy good meat stuffing.

The ambiance is relaxed and the staff is kind. I got the chance to be served by Luis, who was able to explain all spices, herbs and cooking techniques in easy words. I'd say they would be close to 1 Star Michelin but wouldn't be quite there yet.

Exceptionally good! Worth every sol. The food is decadent- fresh, unique flavors.. For almuerzo ask to be seated on the second floor for more lighting and a better view. Loved the causa de cangrejo 🦀

Really wonderful meal here at Cosme! I enjoy food that is taken seriously but not too seriously, making it feel refined and homey at the same time. Luis was a great waiter too--made good recommendations from the menu, though I forgot to take a photo of the deconstructed pie for dessert! Solid and unique house-made sodas are good on their own or with a bit of pisco. Thanks Luis and the Cosme team for an attentive and tasty evening!
