Vi gick till Humo i början av vår vistelse på Sofitel och vi var tvungna att komma tillbaka på vår årsdag! Kocken och teamet är så duktiga! Vi älskade krabbrisrätten. Det är av denna värld. Vår server, Dayam, var så snäll och kunnig om menyn. Vi kommer tillbaka till Colombia bara för denna restaurang. Fantastiskt!

Helt fantastiskt. Maten var utmärkt. Till förrätt åt vi tacos och till huvudrätt åt vi Crab Rice och Amberjack. Ingen ånger eftersom båda rätterna var unika och mycket välsmakande. José gav oss extraordinär Service, var kunnig, professionell, härlig och rolig! Vi firade vår 4-årsdag och alla våra 3 födelsedagar inklusive min mamma, och vi fick så många oväntade gratis objekt som en aborajado, en specialitet från Cali när vi berättade att vi var därifrån i Colombia samt en gratis (utsökt) dessert. Måltiden kom med gratis bröd och misosmör (fantastiskt) samt en läcker amuse bouche som ändras varje natt. Maten, Servicen, dryckerna och presentationen var otrolig och kommer från NYC, det var fantastiskt värde och portioner för ett rimligt pris jämfört med andra fine dining vi har varit på. Hela upplevelsen var otrolig, vi gick utanför till deras däck för att ta in utsikten i väntan på maten med våra cocktails (allt kom ut i rimlig tid) och jag kan inte rekommendera denna restaurang och hotell mer! Muchísimas gracias Jose och till kocken Felipe (som kom ut för att hälsa på oss) för den fantastiska upplevelsen och maten! Ett orelaterat stort plus som fick oss att må bra var att vi inte var det enda queerparet närvarande, och atmosfären var säker och inbjudande!

Som peruan var denna peruanska Japanska fusion av högsta klass. Från det ögonblick du stiger in i estetiken möter en varm romantisk luftig atmosfär med svag belysning och utsikt över kocken och hans team som centrum av restaurangen. Dayam servern representerade vackert den 5-stjärniga Service sofitel porträtt och gjorde en vacker 4-rätters middag en upplevelse av kvällen. Vilken vacker födelsedagsmiddag och en kväll att minnas.
