Overall it was great experience. The highlights for me were the Raw beef and  almond cake with blueberry sauce. Simply delicious. The drinks were really good as well, we had the Irish maid, dashi sour and the alcohol free take it chili.

My recent visit to Forma was my first fine dining experience, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The atmosphere was amazing, creating a perfect setting for the evening. The food was exceptionally delicious, and the cocktails were truly special. While the time between serving the dishes felt a bit long, it might be intended to enhance the tasting experience. Overall, everything was of the highest level. I highly recommend Forma for a remarkable dining experience.

The dinner here was such a rollercoaster!
Let me start by saying that the food is nothing short of great and we loved every dish that we ordered, so super recommended for the food.
However, the service in this particular instance has been very lacking and poor, with the waiters forgetting multiple things (cutlery, water refill, beer, wine) and two dishes out of the one we ordered took literally 2hrs to be served. Still, at least the waiter had the taste to recognize all of this and gave us a discount on the total bill, which was greatly appreciated and showed consideration. Leaving 4 stars for the food and in hope the service will be better next time.

Very youthful, typical for this area. The volume is a little too loud for me, I guess I'm getting old, but I don't like to scream when I talk during dinner. So that was annoying. Service is pretty good. Atmosphere is a little too dark for me, and too noisy. So what about the food? They have ambition, you can tell. But the flavor is just not there. Doesn't taste anything at all mostly, not even salt. One dish, the shiitake soup, is tasty and  actually really good. But the rest, no I'm sorry. Very disappointed.

Went to Forma for their weekend brunch for a spontaneous visit and it definitely lived up to the good things I had heard of it!

The food was both Japanese comfort food classics served in a slightly more upscale brunch format. Really great and balanced flavors, especially the tonkatsu, which was perfectly cooked and combined nicely with the pickled cucumber! The one dish I tried and that I thought could use some work is the chili cheese spring roll, which mainly tasted of salt and not much more. With some balancing I believe it could be a great dish though!

Definitely curious to come back here for dinner service one evening to get another perspective. But from what I’m be gathered after coming here for brunch, Forma is already a great place in all aspects, and could become even better with just some minor adjustments to their dishes. Looking forward to see the development!
