Fantastic experience, thanks so much to the staff who were beyond friendly and attentive.
I brought my parents, who both have coeliac’s disease, and as soon as I arrived they said they saw my note about dietary requirements in the booking, they had gluten free bread (which was incredible) and would explain everything on the menu so we knew what was safe to eat. More on the menu was GF than wasn’t, which is so unusual so my parents were so happy that they could enjoy a great meal without feeling like they had to make loads of compromises or be a burden.
We had the menu carte Blanche, as well as cocktails and wine. Every dish was delicious, fresh, and interesting.
It’s not a cheap place - expect to spend 70-90€ pp - but the price is worth it and it’s a wonderful place if you want to have a special meal or celebrate something. I am recommending it to everyone!

The Food was absolutely fantastic, fresh and the Connection of the flavours was out of Earth. Loved it. The service was amazing, attentive and ordered good advice. On top of that they also play Great music and the Restaurant in itself is very nice and cozy. I recommend 200%

Tasteful Patio where you can sit outside. Relaxed atmosphere where you can have a good evening. We went for dinner. Sharing meal concept. You have the option to go for menu (52€ pp) or a la carte.

We liked:
- the vibe and atmosphere
- friendly service
- some tasty food options
- good drinks

We did not like:
- small portions, you will not the same amount of appetizers as the number of menues
- some appetizers are rather bland
- 52€ menu cost for not even getting full

Although nothing was extraordinary, everything that we ate was above a certain quality barring maybe the cheesecake.

The deer was perfectly cooked and nicely coupled with beans.
Entree of tomatoes and peach had good potential but too fee peach and the crispy stuff was a bit soaked.
Cheesecake was also nothing special.
Great atmosphere overall though and amazing service by the very attentive and cool staff. Special shoutout to Joy who did a fabulous job serving us all throughout.

We came for a burger, but were pleasantly surprised with the delicious food that was presented.

The location itself has a wonderful cozy and chic atmosphere at the same time. We were there during sundowner, which created a great light.
The owner and service are very attentive and unbelievably friendly—they take time for you and your questions. We felt very welcomed.

Taste-wise, the food was delicious, but I expected a bit more sophistication for the price range. Nothing really surprised me, but perhaps that's not the concept of this restaurant. Technically, the food was well-prepared, and the drinks are excellent. Our favorites were the turnip, venison tartar, and the pastry with poppies. The lilac spritz was also very good.

After 8 savory dishes and 2 desserts, there was still room for more, but we were not hungry anymore.

There are a few small things to improve:
- I would have loved to have small plates for each person from the beginning (sometimes things were hard to share).
- The holes in the center of the small tables are impractical.

I was absolutely blown away by the experience at Aerde. The food, service, and wine were all impeccable. The plating style was refreshingly simple yet perfectly executed, keeping the focus where it belongs—on the taste, which was easily a 10 out of 10. The venison tartare was hands-down the best I’ve ever had, and I’m saying that as someone who orders tartare almost every chance I get. The kitchen here has a unique creative intelligence; each dish was crafted with an exceptional level of harmony. Surprising ingredients made appearances in ways I never would have expected, but they worked perfectly with every bite.

I couldn’t decide what to order because everything on the menu sounded amazing, so I asked the server to surprise me with dishes and wine pairings. Every dish was introduced with detailed explanations, and the stories behind each wine were fascinating, making the pairings feel incredibly thoughtful and compatible.

In short, this was an unforgettable culinary experience with outstanding service. The staff here have a passion for their craft that comes across in every aspect of the meal. Aerde is truly a gem. Thank you for this unique experience!

Very hard review to write. On one hand I got served one of the most stunning dishes I’ve ever seen, on the other hand I feel the experience overall was a bit inconsistent. Food-wise, there are some high highs and average dishes (chicken dish and desserts). The interior design is probably one of the best I’ve seen in the city!

I have feedback on the seating. Our party of five, with a reservation, was seated at a small table, with one person uncomfortably placed near the restroom. Although staff tried to help, this should’ve been planned better. The sharing menu also felt imbalanced for five people, making it hard to share with the table setup. Perhaps limiting reservations to 2 or 4 people could improve this.

That said, I’m still curious to return, maybe during a different season, as the staff suggested.

I have no words to express how delightful and special our experience was!!

The food was Devine and tasteful, crafted local ingredients.

The wine, specially chosen based on our dishes.

We couldn’t resist and ordered the entire menu.

Our experience wouldn’t have been the same without the owner( unfortunately I don’t remember his name), super nice chap,
and Hanah, they made the difference about our experience.

Special shout to the chef and his assistants and the business initiative for working with seasoned/local products.

It was around €140 per person, totally worth it, bear in mind we have different special wine bottles.

I’m definitely coming back and make sure to spread the word around my friends.

The location alone is a dream, the service more than cordial, the wine selection great and the menu something out of the box. I can only recommend trying everything and enjoying a fine dining menu in a relaxed atmosphere with a very fair pricing. The kohlrabi and pickles were a highlight - highly recommended!

What a nice place to eat meat and lovely atmosphere to sit and relax in this area of Sweden (especially bbq style short rips and brisket)! Definitely worth to stop on your roadtrip and much better than in many (small) towns in Sweden!

Great place for that special lunch or dinner in the Viskan valley south of Kinna/Skene. Good choice on the menu even if if it is a startup menu. Tried the iberico rack which fell off the bone just as it should. Great taste. Served with two sauces and fries. We also tried the pulled pork sandwiches and a pulled pork pizza with thumbs up all around.

This place is well wirt a trip, both for locals and for fans of real smoke and BBQ food living further away. Ample seating with options for interior as well as under the sun.

Amazing place! Perhaps,they can add games to play with family,like a Texan restaurant,like Frog or card game,'cause the environment is exquisite.
The service in our experience, was good,young people lacking a bit of experience how to connect with customers and taking it chill and showing their joy for their work environment, and not only for the money.
Food,we ordered Mixplate,and the 2 strongest meat was pulled pork and longribs. Everything was cold except for the fries.
In my opinion,that Brisket was cooked for more than 18 hrs,very dry,flavourless and cold. I've spend more than 1000 kr and I was disappointed how cold was food.
They have the potential to do better. Is up to them

We hebben hier echt heerlijke pizza's gegeten! Super aardig personeel op een unieke locatie. Reserveren is verstandig.
