Came here to celebrate a friend’s birthday and ordered various plates to share. While the experience itself was enjoyable, I was disappointed that, given the price, much of the fish is not wild. That being said, the martinis were phenomenal, the oysters were good, and the tuna appetizer was delicious. However, for the cost, it’s really not worth it—there are plenty of nearby spots with better sushi and seafood at a better value. It was an experience, but not one I’d rush to repeat.

Nobu Las Vegas absolutely lived up to the hype — an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is sleek and sophisticated, yet still warm and inviting. Service was top-notch — our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made great recommendations throughout the night.

Every dish was a work of art. The yellowtail jalapeño and black cod miso were out of this world, and the sushi was some of the freshest and most flavorful I’ve ever had. The cocktails and sake pairings elevated the whole experience.

Whether you’re a longtime fan of Nobu or trying it for the first time, the Vegas location delivers in every way. Perfect for a special night out — I’ll definitely be returning!

Columbia may have been the most attentive yet not in your face service provider I’ve ever had!
Spent $1000 and was so blown away!
Every recommendation was a blue chip choice!
Columbia paced every item to ensure the best gastric experience!
I can’t wait to go back and have more Nobu and more Columbia!

Nobu lived up to every bit of its reputation! The sushi was expertly crafted, and the nigiri was absolutely the star of the show. Each piece was fresh with generous, heavy cuts of fish that really showcased the quality. The miso and mushroom soup was a comforting addition—rich, savory, and full of flavor. The atmosphere was inviting yet sophisticated, making for a truly pleasant dining experience. The service went above and beyond, not only explaining the menu in great detail but also offering exclusive, site-only plates that made the meal even more special. OMG!!!! For the longest time I avoided places like Nobu simply because I felt the quality of food and experience was not worth the high asking price. I'm definitely glad to be proven wrong. We checked out Nobu in Las Vegas while out there to celebrate my brother's birthday.

My partner in crime has been there before and I guess I trust her opinion lol, jk. We had a short wait upon arrival (was a busy Sunday) but once we were seated, the experience began. Since it was our first time there, we opted for the Chef's Special/Experience where they pick the Chef's favorite dishes and serve them as they intended them to be put together.

They took into account allergies and ensure we had an amazing experience. Each and every dish brought out was better than the last. I don't know what kind of wizardry they used on these dishes but I was speechless throughout the entire experience and it had me rethinking my thought process of price vs value.

For those who never been to Nobu, I recommend going that route for to try the various dishes and they are intended; who knows you may find something new you enjoy. At $250 per person, I will definitely say it's he most expensive meal I've had, but I can honestly say it was well worth evet penny.

The crowd is a bit mixed; some coming in regular clothes and others come dressed to the nines. Dim lighting help set the mood for your evening regardless of what you are celebrating. Definitely will be back.
