Ugh. Some of the best sushi bites I’ve had in recent memory. Stumbled upon this whilst hungry and solo and not sure where I was going and damn glad I found this. I got a seat at the end of the bar by myself amidst a few bigger groups, and honestly, I preferred being alone for this one, cause the food was enough entertainment for me. Kaiseki Ryori refers to a simple and meditative meal and that’s exactly where I found myself. You’ll probably get a completely different meal than I did, which is why I’ll be going back next time I’m in Hells Kitchen.
