Came here to try an authentic Sicilian breakfast—granita and brioche bread. It was an interesting combo. I liked it, but honestly, it wasn’t anything to go crazy over (at least for me). We had the strawberry granita with cream, brioche bread, and some thick hot chocolate. Everything we had was good and the bread was fresh and soft.

The staff wasn’t super attentive, though. Every time we asked for the check, they’d disappear and leave us waiting.

Still, glad I got to try it!

We visited this place in March 2025 and had a good time. The Coffee and Hazelnut Granita was rich and flavorful, while the Campari Orange cocktail was balanced and refreshing. The service was attentive and added to the overall enjoyment. The vibe was good! Highly recommend!

Bam Bar is a must-stop in Taormina for granitas! We absolutely loved them, especially with their fresh, fluffy brioche. Pro tip: try it without cream – you really get the full fruity taste that way. We tried few flavors, including the classic Sicilian flavors like lemon and almond, which were great. But our absolute favorites were the kiwi and raspberry.

The staff can be a little chaotic, but it's totally worth it for the granitas.
