Honesty, for so called the status this hotel  carries, it was shockingly underwhelming and disappointing. The rooms are outdate and smell bad. The laundry service is predatory in pricing and also ruined several suits with stains. Room keys never work, elevators are always stuck or not working and This place is 2 seasons at best. It’s just not worth the cost anymore. Read the reviews that aren’t obviously paid promotions and you will see.

Absolute joke of a hotel. Constant begging for tips for bare minimum service, incompetent hotel staff, awful rooms. I would not recommend this hotel, stayed here for 1 night with a wedding party, will never recommend.

Like an oasis in the middle of Cairo and on the banks of the Nile. Great service, great breakfast, and multiple eating venues! Something for everyone's taste! The views are spectacular from all rooms. We even found a designer department store on premises. Fantastic pool as well!

Excellent experience staying here.  Lovely (if slightly dated) hotel with great amenities and a full service staff.  Great room, we had a city view that was better than expected.  Nice variety of dining options.  Very helpful concierge who helped us go on a neighborhood/river walk.

We had a wonderful time here. From the staff to the service to the amenities - it really felt like a home away from home. To all those at the pool side (lifeguards, waiters, managers) and a special thanks to Islam, thank you for always welcoming and helping my sons and I - you went above and beyond.
