We recently celebrated my wife’s 40th birthday here and it was an unforgettable experience. The nine-course Signature Course was a culinary masterpiece, with highlights like Wagyu Sirloin Carpaccio with Gorgonzola, Grilled Matsutake Mushroom Consommé, and the perfectly aged 30-Day Roast. Perched on the 38th floor of Ebisu Garden Place Tower, the restaurant offers breathtaking views of Tokyo, including Tokyo Tower, all in a refined and welcoming atmosphere.
