This hotel was a fantastic choice, and I recommend it if you’re managing your budget and want a clean, comfortable stay close the city centre with delightfully attentive staff.

The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the MRT and bus stations, making it easy to get around. We were able to walk to the Hop On Hop Off Bus stop one morning. Despite being on a main road, our room was quiet, with no traffic noise disturbing the peace.

The air-conditioned rooms are modern and minimalist, providing a spacious clutter-free atmosphere. The beds were comfortable, with fresh linens and towels. The addition of a small bar fridge and a kettle was useful. There were also plenty of electrical outlets and two USB ports, making it easy to charge multiple devices. Having access to a self-service washer and dryer in the basement was another thoughtful convenience .

The staff truly made our stay exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Even before our arrival, we were able to contact them via WhatsApp with our queries.

They kindly stored our luggage when we arrived early, allowing us to explore the city with ease and without worry. And they willingly offered to assist with ordering taxis when we wanted one.

A big thanks to Winson, Natasha and (?) who really made our stay special!

Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations.

I stayed for 3 nights on their studio. The room was amazing, really nice interior and size was huge.
The room I stayed has mini kitchen which we don't really use because we travel outside a lot but it might be great for family who needs cooking. Amenities were also sufficient for our stay & AC was comfortable too.

But some feedback from us:
- The decorative pillow needs to be washed after guest exchange
- No facial tissue in the room
- Since there is a mini kitchen, perhaps it's better to add kitchen towel / tissue roll
- TV remote really need to be wiped after guest exchange

Other than that, it was a great stay, we would recommend this hotel to our friends & family.

Fee , Glenn, and the rest of the team are outstanding. They were so helpful when our flight was cancelled due to issues at Heathrow , I cannot thank them enough for their assistance and compassion. Customer service incredible.
The hotel is fantastic, in a fab location close to little India , and the MRT , which makes exploring this wonderful city so easy . Would highly recommend!

Finally found an escape staycation that I genuinely like.

I stumble upon by chance on a quiet Wednesday at the heart of Farrer Park,/Little India, Owen House by Habyt really surprised me. Come to think of it, the standards of service and its guests relations are quite on par to Langham Properties but with warm and fuzzy feeling.

Spacious and clean rooms, this place offers comfort and convenience at the same time. The lounge area I thought, was a smart thing when I was approaching my room from the elevator. It’s like a pantry-ish if you ever needed to whip up a quick hot ramen at 2 in the morning. There is nothing not to like about this place. A short stay for the locals or a week trip for tourist? Owen House by Habyt.

I personally want to thank Winson for being so professional yet casual despite the heavy volume of check-ins that day and for arranging to assist in extending my stay. Not forgetting Natasha the bubbliest around and to everyone else, thank you!

Room (double bed, private bathroom) was very comfortable but we spent very little time in it as we were exploring Singapore. Location is excellent for access to the MRT system & within easy walking distance of a substantial shopping centre that caters for one's every need. Staff are very friendly & helpful. A bonus was to leave baggage at reception after checking out for collection later to proceed to the airport.
