I recently stayed at Serangoon House for 6 days and 5 nights, and I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation for the excellent service I received.

A special thank you to Kamala and Praba for their outstanding hospitality. Their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism truly enhanced my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience, and I sincerely appreciate their efforts.

I would also like to express my gratitude to the housekeeping team for their dedication and hard work in keeping everything clean and well-maintained. Their efforts did not go unnoticed.

Thank you again for a wonderful stay. I look forward to visiting Serangoon House again in the future.

Rooms are true to theme and location is good, but what stood out is the service of the front desk. Ms Kamala/Prabha graciously checked us in early which really made our business trip a pleasant and productive one! Beyond that, her hospitality truly embodies what all hotels should aim to strive for. Kudos to the team!

Really unique hotel!  We have been traveling for 13 weeks and this room was so different than anything else we’ve had.  The rooms are small, but beautifully appointed and have everything you need. (Our son was thrilled with his king size bunk bed!)  The design is really beautiful, and the breakfast choices were wonderful.  Ronny at the front desk was very helpful, as were all the attendants to help with baggage, etc.  For the money, this is an excellent hotel in Singapore!

We had a great stay here. The hotel staffs Kamala and Praba were really kind and accommodating. They allowed us to check in a little earlier than the time, which was really nice. The rooms were comfortable. Highly recommended

This is arguably one of the most unique hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Super cute and in Little India in Singapore. Accordingly, it’s conveniently located near many Indian restaurants and shops, and near two MRT stations. I like places with charm and character, and this hotel definitely checks ✅ off those boxes (down to the names of the rooms, which are modeled after Indian royalty). The rooms are a bit small, but the bunk beds can work for a family (two parents on the bottom and two kids on top). Like many others have shared though, you shouldn’t be spending much time in your hotel room given the beautiful weather ☀️ and plenty to see and do in SG. Service from Kamala and Praba has been top-notch.
