Great location right by Myeongdong so you can get your shopping on! The rooms are slightly dated but they are still lovely. The service is top-notch, and I appreciate the lounge for tea throughout the day. The gym is great and had everything I needed. I enjoyed being able to order room-service from my phone/tv and took advantage of some of the takeout promotions for guests in the hotel. I had the uni carbonara from Rubrica (amazing!) and some fried chicken and beer in my room. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of making sure I always had slippers and a tidy room. I'd happily stay here again.

This is a fantastic hotel! Great location in the middle of town - walking distance to the major attractions (palace).

The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. The gym is arguably better than most standalone gyms - not just free weights but barbells too.

The food in the restaurants, whether for breakfast or dinner, is great. It was hard to leave this one and would absolutely stay here again

As always exceptional service from very well trained staff, they could not do enough to be helpful. What lets this hotel down is the rooms which are getting old, particularly the bathrooms which need some serious modernisation. The price of restaurant and in-room dining is ridiculous, to be honest you could stay at a more expensive and better quality hotel and save the difference in cost with the savings from meals.

Excellent location close to all most interesting places in Seoul. Meticulous service, especially on the Club floors. The Club Lounge is run with a great deal of imagination, both in terms of a great variety of food and drinks, and decoration. The Lounge staff are quite innovative in making guest entertained, as well as supporting those who need to have business lunch or dinner. Overall, I find this one to be one of the best Bonvoy hotels around the world.

Top notch experience all around. Staff: friendly, professional, one may dare to say world class. Facilities: clean, refined, and more than sufficient for a comfortable stay. The spa is great. The lounge feels elegant. No notes, and I would recommend to anyone looking for memorable accommodations in Myeondong.
Some of the 1-star reviews highlight the age of the building, which is apparent with the lowest expenditure of effort to research, but in no way does it detract from the experience.
