Wonderful hotel.
Lunch at Flavors (2F) has an awesome selection...seafood, selected meats, and that is only 2 of the 10 or more areas of food option for lunch.

When I tell you this hotel is carried on the back of amazing staff! Concierge team here are super professional and knowledgeable, when you call them-response time is 0 seconds! I’m very impressed with room service and in room dining. Pastas here are fantastic. Complimentary quality coffee is available from 7 am till late. I really liked staying here and highly recommend if you’re in Seoul
They have day fe and biggest gym ever on the basement floor and it’s so far best gym I’ve been to.

I highly recommend this hotel in Seoul! The location is incredibly convenient, with the airport shuttle 6020 taking you directly to the nearby bus terminal. The room service was fantastic, offering thoughtful touches like snacks and a bottle of sparkling wine. While the lounge could use a bit more localization and isn’t a full breakfast setup, the options available were still satisfying, and the light dinner offerings were a pleasant surprise. The bathroom was spacious with impressive water pressure, which I believe is a hallmark of a high-quality hotel. Additionally, the sauna and gym/pool facilities were expansive and well-maintained, making it a perfect place to unwind. Overall, a wonderful place to rest and recharge!

The service from all employees was top notch. We had a 3 day meeting and the quality of the food for lunch exceeded all my expectations. The executive lounge breakfast had something for everyone: Korean to Western, Japanese style made to order omelets, congee, smoked salmon. Glad it was included in our reservation or status since $82 USD for breakfast would be really steep.

Rooms had both bath and shower with higher end shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion - similar scent to hotel, haha. And of course a powerful bidet. 👌🏼
