We had an excellent stay. The hotel was spotless, in a perfect location, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. The facilities were great, and the gym room stood out – it was spacious, well-equipped, and exceptionally good. The trainer on site was also very helpful in assisting with the equipment.

Thank you for a fantastic experience. I’ll definitely be returning!

We planned a family trip during New Year’s Eve and stayed at Marriott Kaohsiung, booking four rooms for our group. Two of the rooms were upgraded to the Premier Executive Suite on the 33rd floor using my Suite Night Awards, which was a wonderful perk.

Check-In Experience:
The check-in process was smooth and efficient. As a Titanium Elite member, I was able to check in at the lounge on the 33rd floor, which was a convenient option. I received 1,000 welcome points and complimentary breakfast for two at the M9 restaurant on the 9th floor. However, there was some confusion regarding breakfast benefits—I was initially told that I could enjoy both breakfast at the restaurant and the lounge, but the lounge staff later clarified that I had to choose one. It wasn’t a big issue since I mainly wanted to grab a drink and relax in the lounge.

Room and Amenities:
The Premier Executive Suite was spacious, with a fantastic city view and a free minibar stocked with soft drinks and a few alcoholic beverages. The bed was very comfortable, though I would have preferred firmer pillows. The room’s design and amenities were excellent, making it a very comfortable stay.

Dining:
We had a family dinner at the hotel’s vegetarian restaurant, and it turned out to be a great choice! The food was delicious, and the service was attentive. Breakfast at the M9 restaurant was also enjoyable, with a good variety of options to start the day.

Additional Perks:
The hotel provides a free shuttle to a nearby metro station, which is a thoughtful and convenient service for guests.

Overall Experience:
Our stay at Marriott Kaohsiung was fantastic. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded expectations. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kaohsiung and recommend it to others looking for a great hotel in the city.

I'm not a rich man, but this is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at! Two employees have made my stay quite pleasant by going above and beyond to make sure I am well taken care of. Mr. John and Ms. Linda are the BEST! THANK YOU

I would like to thank the entire staff of Marriott Kaoshing for the wonderful stay that we had back in December 2024. A special thanks goes out to Shawn, a wonderful front desk concierge who made some well-planned arrangements for our trip to a tree farm. We had the most amazing time. Thank you very much. The hotel itself is conveniently located, the facilities are modern and clean. It was a great stay.

My wife and I  stayed at this only Marriott brand hotel in Kaohsiung. We are glad we made an excellent choice.
The hotel is close to different forms of public transport. Light rail and buses run right in front of the hotel.  MRT station is 5 minutes' walk. The only drawback is the direct route from the hotel through the shopping centre to the light rail is only accessible in late morning around 10:30am.
We were offered complimentary breakfast as a Platinum elite member. There's a broad range of local and Western cuisines with the buffet breakfast. We are especially impressed by the fruit selection. They are of top quality and prepared properly. Empty crockery was cleared promptly.
We are also offered access to the club lounge as a Platinum member. There's a nice selection of snacks at Happy Hours time, and it was changed every day. Again, excellent service at the lounge.
The guest rooms were designed with the needs of the guests in mind. There is plenty of room near our bed and in the bathroom. Our request for more cloth hangers was met promptly.
The hotel is located right above E Sky Land. There are many shops and restaurants spread over several floors in this shopping centre. Good choice if you don't want to go far.
Marriott Kaohsiung Hotel is among the top 3 Marriott brand hotels we have stayed so far. Will definitely stay again if we come to Kaohsiung.
