A few months ago, I stayed at this hotel, and I am still traumatized. It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever experienced in my life. The staff were rude, unpleasant, and indifferent. The breakfast was shocking—there was absolutely nothing worth its price, and the food was terrible. Even the pancakes were pre-packaged or frozen, and they tasted awful. On top of that, you have to pay for your drinks even though breakfast is already paid for—I’ve never seen anything like it.

The room was filthy and extremely dirty. I reported all of this to the hotel, and the only thing they did was lie to me, claiming that Booking.com had refunded our stay and that we had to leave the room the next day with no other solution. We ended up on the street, looking for another available hotel.

The worst part is that Booking.com told us they never said such a thing, and the hotel even refused to refund the unused days of our stay. So, we paid for a hotel where we couldn’t even finish our stay. We were treated like garbage, disrespected, and they didn’t even respond to us.

Booking.com has opened a dispute against them. DO NOT GO THERE. THEY ARE THIEVES. They traumatized me and left me disgusted with this country and its people.

We were beyond pleased with this hotel. Omer was always there to help us out if we needed anything.
Restaurant team was so kind and professional.
We enjoyed every moment of it. Room’s were clean and elegant. Food was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you, until the next time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Nex Hotel in Istanbul, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making me feel right at home. The hotel’s modern design and stylish interiors offered a perfect blend of comfort and luxury.

The room itself was a true highlight—spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after exploring the city. The bathroom was equally impressive, with high-end fixtures and a rainfall shower that added a touch of indulgence.

One of the standout features of the Nex Hotel is its location. Situated in a vibrant part of Istanbul, it’s within walking distance to many key attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it an ideal base for sightseeing. If you’re visiting the historic sites or exploring the city’s streets, it’s easy in reach with taxi like Uber.

The hotel’s staff was really kind and helpful, they did well to make it a wonderful stay.

Overall, my stay at Nex Hotel exceeded all expectations. The combination of fantastic service, luxurious accommodations, and an unbeatable location made it a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

I had an incredible stay at NEX Hotel in Istanbul, and I want to highlight two outstanding individuals who made my experience truly special.

First, Mahmoud at the front desk was exceptional. He greeted me with warmth and professionalism, going above and beyond to ensure my check-in was smooth. His friendly attitude and attention to detail made me feel right at home, and his recommendations for local spots were spot on.

Secondly, I had the pleasure of experiencing a spa treatment with Sony, and she was absolutely fantastic. Her expertise, combined with a calm and soothing demeanor, made the experience unforgettable. She made sure I felt relaxed and pampered, and I left the spa feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

Both Mahmoud and Sony are true assets to the hotel, and their outstanding service really made my stay memorable. I highly recommend NEX Hotel for its excellent service, wonderful staff, and top-notch hospitality. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so remarkable!

My overall experience was good, but with both pros and cons.

Rooms are comfortable and well-designed. The hotel has good breakfast options. Mr. Ali, a hotel manager, is very professional, attentive and helpful, however there have been several small details to improve:

1. I booked a hotel through a third party aggregator where information says the room is 20 sq meters (which is a normal room size) but after check in I’ve got a room which is much smaller. I would recommend to update information so potential guests are not misinformed.
2. there is a technical door close to certain rooms - housekeeping uses it early in the morning and guests of those rooms could here it quite loud. I don’t know if there are ways to fix it but certainly that’s the thing that affects overall comfort.

Otherwise a perfect place to stay, calm and safe at night, comfortable and having one of the best SPA in Istanbul just downstairs.
