This was my first visit to Istanbul and at first I didn't understand the location well of this hotel, but at the end of the trip I understood it was perfect, because it was right between the oriental and the more modern part of the city.

The hotel itself is beautiful and being attentive to details, I can only mention few negative points, which didn't affect my stay in any way. For example, the hairdryer cap was missing and the bathrobes were not in the wardrobe, dental kit was not in the bathroom (I had to ask for it). In a 5 star hotel I would expect these little details to be perfected. Other than that, everything was literally perfect.

The rooms are architect-designed and you can really feel the luxury touch.

The staff were amazing and were very welcoming and professional.

I reccommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay in a beautiful hotel with a reasonable price. Also, it is worth paying extra for Deluxe Signature room, as they are more spacious than standard ones.

Was recommended to stay at 10 Karakoy by another hotel. After having the best view at that hotel came to 10 Karakoy with a window that was facing the back street. Was surprised to say the least that when I asked housekeeping to change the sheets as there were stains, they didn’t do such thing. I did speak to the front desk working that there was a strong smell coming from the toilet, left the room for the housekeeping to deal with and to my surprise I came back to my room missing USD100 note that I had left in my bag. You would have thought a 5 star hotel as such would have their security in place to protect tourists.

I would only recommend this hotel only for their location other than that, you can get better service and value for money from other establishments in Istanbul.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It was a girls' trip. As a woman, you feel very safe in the hotel so it was okay to pay a little bit more. It is really very clean and the rooms are cleaned daily. The hotel always smells great. Nice interior and very nice staff also very helpful . Great location . Public transportation nearby or you can walk a bit. Despite the location it is not noisy in the evening. Don't understand the bad comments but people nowadays always find something to complain about...🙃🤦🏽‍♀️

I recently spent three delightful days in the Corner Suite and I'm eager to share my experience.

The staff's exceptional courtesy and warmth made a lasting impression, with Ebrar's helpfulness standing out in particular. The bar's exquisite drink selection provided a stylish way to end each evening.

My room exceeded expectations, boasting impeccable cleanliness, modern furnishings, and a unique atmosphere. The incredibly comfortable bed made me feel instantly at home. The hotel's central location is a significant advantage, with many attractions within walking distance. The building's historical character added a fascinating dimension to my stay.

While the experience was overwhelmingly positive, I have a minor suggestion regarding sound insulation. The hotel's location on a busy street with tram traffic can be noisy at times, particularly at night. Improved window insulation could address this issue. Additionally, the hotel's location makes it challenging for taxis to pick up and drop off guests due to limited space in front of the building, causing traffic congestion. The view of the nearby construction site is also less than ideal but this is far outweighed by the hotel's numerous positive aspects.

Despite these minor remarks, I can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel. It offers a perfect combination of comfort, history, and central location. The friendliness of the staff, the high-quality amenities, and the excellent position in the city have thoroughly convinced me.

I am already looking forward to staying here again on my next visit!

At a loss as to how this is listed as a 5 star hotel. This was a miserable experience.

-The shower. The shower was clogged and turned into a bath flooding the room very quickly. We tried multiple times to get it fixed to no avail. Only solution was to take a shower as quickly as possible and jump out.
-Basic necessities were a chore to ask for. We tried *5* different times to get a soap refill in the room which was empty on arrival, eventually succeeding. One of the employees even tried telling us it was illegal for hotels to have soap??? (Wish I was joking)
-The beds and pillows were very firm and uncomfortable to sleep on
-The AC did not work throughout the weeklong stay despite multiple complaints to the front desk (a problem in 90 degree weather)
-Asking for anything was difficult because few workers spoke English. Understand this is Turkiye but would have different expectations for a hotel hosting international guests

Only silver lining is the location was solid. Would not entertain staying here again, and would expect much much more for the prices they charged. After voicing my displeasure, all I was offered was a drink at the bar as compensation which I declined in order to check out ASAP.
