I really enjoyed the hotel. The rooms are beautiful. Location is right in the middle of everything you want to see and had easy access to the metro. I will definitely return. The hotel staff is very helpful and genuinely nice. The lobby and restaurant can get really loud at night but thankfully the sound doesn’t travel to the rooms. The restaurant in the hotel wasn’t great. The food was really disappointing and really draws a crowd with its loud music. There wasn’t a common area to sit outside of the tables that belong to the restaurant. It would be nice to have some tables where you can bring your wine and enjoy it in the evening without paying an uncorking fee.

I only had coffee here with a friend - delicious coffee and it is an enchanting environment with attractive elegant staff, comfortable seating, nice bathroom downstairs and a plant wall. I can only imagine the delights of staying here as a hotel guest. The seating in cafe and dining area was full at 12h

What a beautiful hotel! Nestled on a quiet street and just steps away from brasseries and adventures. We ate breakfast there and I highly recommend the granola and coconut yogurt, perfect! The hotel itself is a nice blend of lovely architecture with modern convenience. We had the best time!

The rooms are pretty spare, no room service unless requested and minimum towels, no robes. A iron and board needs to be requested as well. The terrace room had annoying terrace doors that wouldn’t close all the way. The common areas are crowded and loud all day and evening. The location is wonderful, the staff professional. It’s a very young vibe, lots of Americans. The breakfast is good but not amazing. As a mature business person, it wasn’t for me but I would recommend it for anyone 35 and younger.

Stayed for 4 nights. First Impression is great location & nice looking Foyer, but for us, the 4 star experience stopped right there.
No room service in the 4 days we were there! They didn't visit the room once to replace towels, make up the bed or take out garbage....
On the last morning we ran out of toilet paper as it was never refreshed the whole stay and only 1.5 rolls was provided at the outset.. so I had to go to front desk to request more, which took more than an hour to arrive.  So If you stay here I recommend bringing your own toilet rolls if you have any sort of urgency (with your bowels) in the morning.
Room was small and extremely dated with broken plumbing & shower head that sprays everywhere but where it needed to.
Not like any 4-star I've ever stayed at. Very disappointing other than Location.
