We stayed in a double room, with a view to the calm internal terrace. The room itself was satisfactory, with smart TV, comfy big bed and a big window, however the bathroom needs an urgent renovation. The shower door was falling apart, the shower hose holder was broken and the water was coming out only from the middle of the shower head. Also the heating in the bathroom could not be regulated and heated way too much.
The restaurant serves very tasty food, but unfortunately the staff was chaotic, we got different food than we ordered, and the overall impression from their behavior was strange. Breakfast was very basic, no fresh fruit or vegetables, but okay for 1-2 nights.
In general I would say an okay experience, price-wise probably normal for the center of Venice, however some things need to improve to deserve a better review :)

Amazing place! A hidden gem with a beautiful garden, easy accessible but not in the main rush street. Starting from the ambient which is classy but homey, the owner/chef who is most admirable and welcoming person. The food is heaven.

Thankyou for a lovely holiday. We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. It’s a Very nice hotel in an excellent location. Mark and John were very helpful and always willing to help us with local information and guide us in the right direction. We ate in the restaurant of the hotel on our first night and the food was amazing. The owner was very welcoming. Would happily stay here again.

This hotel was a little gem. Perfect Location for good food places and hot spots.
The hotel staff were so sweet and friendly and welcoming!
Definitely recommend this hotel when visiting Venice.

Rooms are a bit outdated but clean. I would say that breakfast wise was missing any variation of fruit.

The hotel is beautiful with a restaurant attached. We were graciously upgraded to a family room which was well kept and clean. The location is a few minutes walk from the Rialto water bus stop which is convenient.
