It's interesting to follow what happens in this moving city, of which the bell tower and town hall were the first. There is still a lot of construction work going on in the area before winter sets in. The town hall appears a bit as a monument of Swedish bureaucracy, silent and empty, with those working here in a conference, taking a fika, or having taken time off to go hunting or fishing...
Good to see they preserved the door handles from the old townhall. A must to visit for anyone passing through Kiruna.

Schönes neues Rathaus. Architektonisch gelungen. Im Foyer steht ein Modell von Kiruna an dem man den teilweisen Umzug der Stadt anschauen kann.
