The flavor of the ice cream was really good. The problem is, however, that the ice cream started melting the minute it landed in our cups. So leaving the shop we had ice cream dripping all over us. 5 minutes later it was  milkshake… it was a late afternoon with 19 degrees. So I’m not sure what was the problem. That’s why 3/5.

The flavors as I wrote were good. We tried strawberry rhubarb, sour cherry and melon mint, all were yummy. I’d give it another try. We took the smallest portion with two flavors. It was quite alright size for kids. For myself I’d take a medium size next time.

They also offer a 10% discount for students which is nice.

Absolutely fantastic ice cream spot in Lund! The flavors are out of this world, especially the pistachio and lemon pie – both highly recommended! And the brown butter was a delightful surprise. Great value for money too, I couldn't believe the small size in a waffle cone was just 45kr

Tried their coffee ice cream and their cardemun bun ice cream which were both lovely! Lund already has a couple of great places for ice cream ( ahlgrens and Hovby9) but Syster has a larger selection and some very exciting flavors like brown butter for example. Highly recommend them! Gets busy but worth the wait!
