Consistently delivers a creative and wonderfully well executed, highly refined menu. The service is choreographed to match yet comes off as less formal and pleasant. All set in an interesting dark interior. I can recommend the non alcoholic pairing, it does not disappoint. However, after recently having been sat on the bar table for the first time I'll make sure to ask to sit more comfortably in the future.

Overall, I highly recommend visiting, coming here doesn't get old and I find myself trying to make time for a visit whenever I'm in Stockholm.

This was our first meal in Stockholm, and it set a really high bar for the rest of the trip. After spending almost three weeks in the Nordic region, Adam/Albin provided the best meal we had.

The service was warm yet very efficient, and the staff made my birthday feel very special. Each dish was placed with meticulous attention to detail, and it felt like watching a very well-orchestrated production happening right in front of you.

Having dined at many other Michelin 2 and 3-star restaurants in Manhattan, this restaurant definitely stole the spotlight!

Excellent food. Excellent service. Extra appreciation for Max and the patient waitstaff who were kind to some of the younger folks at the table. Favorite dish was the white asparagus ice cream. Maybe could take it down a slight notch with the salt but overall attention to detail was all noticed and appreciated. Thank you!

Amazing food and experience. Great attention to details. You feel like a king with all that grew food and service. Every little details counts.

If I had the choice, I would put 4.5 though for 2 reasons :
- the didn’t acknowledge the birthday of one person in our party
- Wine List by the glass is average and with low value.

Wonderful culinary experience in Stockholm!  Ten course tasting with option for wine or nonalcoholic pairings.  Every course was beautifully presented and the different flavors played beautifully together.  Vendace roe galette was bright, citrusy with a crunch.  The Wagyu beef melted in your mouth.  The chawanmushi topped with fresh edible flowers gives different herbs flavors in each spoonful, unique. Scallop with caviar was fresh and sweet.  Beef tartare and truffle on Japanese milk bread was a mouthful of crunch and flavors. Lamb was tender and perfectly cooked.  Every dish was perfect.  Service was attentive and friendly.  For the high quality of food, attentive service and atmosphere i was pleasantly surprised how reasonable it is.  Highly recommend and will definitely go back when I am in town.
