Didn’t stay but ate for my birthday lunch. Made to feel very welcome and loved every minute. Great service from Otto. Thanks so much to the team for making me feel special! The food was sublime and the star of the show was the cod main course with saffron sauce. Otto added he brought the saffron from Morocco himself which was a lovely touch. What a splendid delight to have lunch today at Fischer’s!
From a very warm welcome, comfortable fireside pre drinks in the lounge, to a delicious 3 course lunch served in the most beautifully decorated dining room!
Service was excellent and friendly too!

Outstanding experience at the chef’s table!

We arrived as party of 4 and had one of the best culinary experiences of our lives.

The knowledge and talent of the kitchen staff was second to none and the service was absolutely impeccable.

We forgot to mention the dairy intolerance of one of the guests, however it was not a problem at all and the chef had tailored all courses to suit the whole party.

The grounds around the building are stunning and the atmosphere inside was reminiscent of a luxurious stately home.

Highly recommend!

How does anyone not give this 5 stars. Omg. It was amazing. Did the taster menu. Plenty of food. Absolutely amazing. It’s not cheap. But worth every penny.

Want to give it 6 stars.

The venison on the picture has finely chopped Brussels sprouts. I hate Brussels sprouts. They are the devils food. These were so good I saved them for last on my plate. Christmas brussel sprouts has changed for me.

We’ve just received a wonderfully warm welcome to the north after finally escaping London….
The immaculate restaurant here offers an amazing tasting menu with  matched wines & we were treated to front row dining seats in the kitchen - watching this top-notch team create magic!
