Rooms were clean just poor layout for families.  Only options available were a king bed with a shitty pull out couch to sleep 4 people.  The sofa pulls out and there isn't enough room to get around to the other side and there's 0 clearance to access the fridge
Bathroom was very big and clean when comparing to other places
There are 2 hotels that share a pool and game / sports area.   The sports area has basketball and ping pong for kids but our kids had a great time with some staff who were helpful but other staff seemed disinterested in setting the kids up with a basketball or racket and said they needed to bring their own, which wasn't the case the previous night.

The place is massive and conventions were going on the main floor all weekend leaving no parking and the hallways on the main floor very busy.  There's a free parking garage available but it's a long walk back to the rooms

This was my home away from home for two weeks. The front desk staff were cordial, and the housekeeping team was both readily available and courteous. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The room was relatively clean upon arrival (I’m quite particular about cleanliness). The towels were fresh, though a bit stiff, possibly from being rewashed. The bedding was comfortable, though the pillows, while looking plush, were flatter than expected.
I would recommend this hotel for its comfort and convenience. It's ideally located close to the 404 and 407 highways, making it easy to get around. All in all, it was a very good experience!

Spacious, clean, and relatively new rooms. Great lobby and restaurant area with a daily $10 voucher. Plenty of other amenities like pool, racquet ball court,  basketball court, gym, etc. The one thing that throws everything off is the shower. I don't know why many hotels ignore this very important feature. A very good shower after or before a full day activity is so important. The shower head doesn't have enough GPM (gallons per minute) water flow. Big shower area with a small, slow water flow shower head just doesn't make sense.

I like the atmosphere of the hotel, it’s clean and welcoming, however, the pools are too small and I couldn’t swim because it was overcrowded and it takes a long time to get to the pool. This was something I really wanted to do and didn’t get to this stay unfortunately.
Also,  weirdly in our room, one bed was so comfy and soft and the other one was hard and cheap and springy and uncomfortable, definitely not what you’d expect from a good hotel such as this.
It’s so weird the blankets are also so thin and appear dirty a little inside of them, I don’t know if that’s from wear and tear or what.
Also too many kids screaming and the walls are thin so we could hear them all night long but they are kids and it’s not really their fault.
The rest of the room is clean besides finding a piece of dog kibble on the floor.
The tv is nice and big and makes watching TV and movies a good experience.
The bathroom is very nice and clean, spacious and very nice, modern and clean. I also really like the little nightlight in there, very convenient.
The lighting is nice and the room is very spacious.
Those were just some of the good and bad things I’ve noticed about the place
Also there is a Starbucks downstairs which is perfect for me in the mornings and they make some of the best drinks from a Starbucks I’ve ever had and all the staff there is nice too.

So overall , there is more good than bad
But the bed situation really bothered me considering the price we pay to stay here.

Breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast
Staff is also super nice in this hotel and accommodating. It definitely brightens my day with their kindness.
Overall, I would probably return.

The service is amazing. I  have been there multiple times on conferences and other meetings. The ever ready  service is caring and giving!  The food is great, the people working there are consistently smiling and going the extra mile for you. An experience I had this morning when I missed their wake up call, they came to the room I was staying at  to  make sure we were okay, and then they called again to  double sure  were definitely fine.  The food is warm, and cooked with love and the tastes are  seasoned with richness.

They help quickly with accidents and if I need any help carrying my plate, or understanding where something is they are  there in a flash.  They have this way of just giving like its Christmas every day!
