I had a great experience at the Blue Angel NYC. It is in an excellent location and was a great value for what I received. The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and stocked with complimentary water and snacks. I also greatly appreciate the luggage storage provided by the hotel. Its crazy to me that other hotels nearby that charge $200-300 more per night than Blue Angel and are much larger in size do not offer luggage checking services whatsoever. The storage service was very convenient since we checked out in the morning but we're not leaving the city til later that night. Not having to worry about where to put our luggage made this spot worth it and then some.

Great location. Good value.  Front desk was so kind and polite. I had left my phone in the room. The hotel called me on my way to the airport. They packaged the phone and mailed it to my house.
They could've been better.
You'll definitely enjoy yourself if you stay there. They are the best....😊

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place is spotless, well situated near public transportation, and the staff is super friendly. My room was very quiet, which was great since I had work meetings pretty early in the morning. Don't hesitate to book this place, it's a gem!

Wonderful gem in the heart of the city. Rooms are clean and quiet (so unusual for New York). Staff are amazingly helpful - friendly, proactively go out of their way to make your stay great. Bed is comfortable. WiFi is fine and you can cast to your TV if you want. Complementary coffee/tea/sodas/snacks. No restaurant but many good easy walking distance options. Interesting blues club back story. Highly recommended - would stay again. Note to hotel: brighter lighting in the bathroom would be good.

Stay here! You won’t regret it. Fantastic location, safe, wonderful staff, clean, comfortable and quiet! Mini fridge was restocked daily with new treats in which my son loved. The linens and towels were always fresh. Adorable terrace to hang out on. Great introduction to NYC for my family.
