Room - spacious, clean (but a little bit old and dark)
Service - superb! all are kind and helpful, especially the male receptionist with glasses.
Location - best.  very close to public transportation. Easy to travel.
Breakfast - Love Japanese traditional food here. 4 nights and we are not bored. Tasty.
Amenities - free skincare set and Japanese bags are nice.
Onzen - large, clean and quiet. There are massage chair too.

There are also 7-11 very near to the corner right next to the hotel.

Recommended for those who like Japanese modern style hotel and located in midtown area.

Highly recommend the Mitsui Garden Hotel! Prime location with easy access to the metro.   Short walk to Tokyo Station. If you stay here, you must get the breakfast option included! The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights from our entire trip. So many options and all so fresh and delicious. Staff were all very friendly and helpful any time we had questions about how to navigate the city!

Stayed at this hotel recently. Staff was all friendly and front desk staff spoke great english, looked like many front desk staff can actually speak 3 languages. Room size was pretty big for japanese hotel. I liked the alcholic vending machine on the 14th floor;
Good for when you don't feel like going to the 711 on the first floor. Public bath existed; looked nice but we didn't use. Tried restaurant during breakfast. Pretty decent selection, I would recommend. The location was perfect. It's possible to walk to many places but it's also close to many subway lines which should make traveling to anywhere in tokyo a breeze. I stayed in 2 mitsui garden hotels this trip and I honestly enjoyed both of them. It ain't perfect but I will definitely be back to a mitsui garden hotel in the future.

Was looking for a hotel near Tokyo station.  This was close.  Great rooms and breakfast.  Appreciate updated bathrooms.  Access to hot water at peak times seems to be something a lot of hotels struggle with, but this wasn’t an issue here.  Public bath is a plus.

Amazing hotel ! I had a wonderful view of the street of Tokyo at night. The food is wonderful and a bar is open during the evening the cocktails were great. The rooms are nice clean and organized. The service is wonderful with sweet and kind people that are so they’re best for you. I totally recommend this hotel for you trip to Tokyo ! Enjoy
