Absolutely loved this place! The interior is simply incredible, a real atmosphere of luxurious Paris. I really liked the duck leg, it was magnificent. Tender and juicy, the meat just melted. I recommend everyone to visit, but be sure to book, especially in the evening.

We noticed a long queue outside Bouillon Julien one evening and decided to visit for lunch instead. Arriving at 11:38 AM, there were only about 10 people ahead of us, and we were seated quickly. The restaurant’s interior was absolutely stunning—a feast for the eyes even before the meal began!
Here’s what we ordered:

My first time trying this! It’s a beef broth infused with coriander and lemongrass, served with fregola pasta and beef macer. While the flavors were unique and interesting, I’m not sure I’d order it again.

Perfectly cooked beef steak with a delicious shallot sauce, accompanied by crispy, fresh-cut fries. This dish was easily the highlight, far better than other steak dishes I’ve tried elsewhere.

the whole experience was good! no queue when I got there, they gave me a nice table -I was alone -, the waitress was gentle and helpful. The food was great. I highly recommend the escargot if you never tried before. The service was fast and really well done. The price is a highlight, super fair.

Amazing dining experience and not to be missed in a visit to Paris. Recommend making a reservation. The quality and pricing of the dishes and wines is excellent. You can enjoy a proper gourmet three, or four course dinner for a low price, of around €30 depending on if you'll have wine.
I ordered the leeks vinaigrette with hazelnut, the duck confit with potato and mustard sauce, and a bread pudding with rum, raisin, and chocolate glaze. The harmony of flavor on each dish was perfectly thought out by the kitchen, all aspects of each dish complement each other and are a delightful dining experience. And to reiterate, the price cannot be beat. Other restaurants in Paris would charge double, easily, for equivalent courses.
Additional, the interior has a beautiful art-deco design that some may find retro but is timeless in its style.
