It's one of the loveliest hotels I have ever stayed at! (And I travel a lot.) The most intriguing is the many many details that are cute, lovely, or otherwise just thoughtful! I think, there were so many little nice details that I didn't even see all of them. And staff was super friendly.

I'd give more stars if I could. This was a place that truly made us feel home and the service was super friendly and welcoming. Thanks to the whole team for hosting us in such a special way throughout our stay. We already recommended it to friends and hope in future we can come back.

Booked on a friend's recommendation. Hotel is across the street from the restaurant. Great value and fun front desk who give you lots of information. Parking is limited but we got lucky. Lots of wood in the rooms and the bed was on the small side. The breakfast across the street was very good.

We had the basement area all to ourselves, which made for a cool and private dining experience. The service was friendly, though the food took a little while to arrive. That said, everything was fresh and beautifully prepared, so the wait was well worth it.

One memorable part of the night was the dessert, Schoglaadmousse. It was not only delicious—an indulgent chocolate mousse cake with ice cream—but also surprisingly nostalgic! Earlier at the table, we had been reminiscing about the hot muffins with ice cream from Burger King back in the day, and when the dessert arrived, it had a similar vibe that made it even more special. Totally unplanned, but a delightful surprise!

To start, the complimentary  black bread with butter and the cream soup were both excellent, setting a high bar for the rest of the meal.
My main dish, Roschdbrôôda, was another highlight—well-executed with a creative take on traditional Swabian cuisine. While the bill was a bit steep, the quality of food, service, and ambiance made it worth it.

The service was perfect, the location is okay. The parking spots just weren't enough. The second night I had to walk about 10 minutes to the hotel because the 5-6 parking spots in front of the hotel just weren't enough. Also, the bed was quite uncomfortable for me to sleep in. I could barely catch any sleep.
