Katikies service is 10/10. The front desk staff are some of the nicest you will ever meet. The hotel is centrally located in Oia and the view is unparalleled. We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and the experience was unforgettable.

Hello, this review concerns the Spa, and notably Nadia and Evangelos. We had massages with them, and I wish to attribute 5 stars to this extraordinary experience. Both of them are extremely skilled, polite, professional, and top-class. I highly recommend massage with either of them.

Great location, fantastic staff, and a quiet spa-like vibe throughout the property. The hotel was an oasis from the cruise ship tourists who flocked to Oia each night for the sunset.

I must give Panos praise! He was such a delight and incredibly helpful.

Very nice location, amazing view and private rooms. Cleaning service, reception and portiers were very friendly and helpful.
The food quality was not adequate for the price and expectation. Also dietary restrictions were not respected. During a „Michelin Starred“ dinner certain courses were simply left out for our gluten & lactose free guests. Some of service personel at the retaurant and bar were not friendly and distrespectful.
