Our lunch at De Kas was EXCEPTIONAL! My recommendation: make reservations ahead of time, get the wine pairing, get the cheese, get the dessert. The staff was absolutely wonderful! Their space is beautiful and the gardens/grounds make you feel like you're in a different place. Each dish was delicious and beautifully plated. The curation of each dish allowed all of the vegetables to shine. Their green star is absolutely well deserved. I highly recommend you stop for dinner or lunch at this restaurant!

What a spectacular experience! I was traveling for work and a friend of mine recommended I go to De Kas. I’m SO happy she did! The restaurant is gorgeous, the staff on point, and food is 🤯. I’m not the type who normally goes into a meal totally blind to the menu, but I couldn’t be happier with what they presented. I can’t describe the dishes well enough, just know that the food is top notch and you have time to visit, you really should. The restaurant is in a beautiful park and you can explore their greenhouse. This place was the first farm to table in the world and it shows.

One of the most unique and delicious restaurants I’ve ever been to! Not just because the food is amazing and the restaurant beautiful… but because for a Michelin Starred restaurant a 6 course meal for less than 100€ is practically unheard of. Located in an urban park in Amsterdam within a restored greenhouse, De Kas sources its fresh produce from its own organic garden next to the restaurant and local farms in nearby Beemster. The service was friendly, welcoming and professional. Our server made some excellent recommendations for all adults and the two young kids with us. I had the 6 course meal with wine pairings which added an extra €48 (still under €150 for 6 courses and 4 wines! 🥂🍷😎)
I particularly loved the crispy mushroom tacos, the house beet salad and the venison with truffles. This is must for any culinary enthusiast that likes an experience off the beaten path. A+

Visited for lunch during a flight stopover. Produce was very fresh. All the dishes were refreshing/ light on the palate but flavourful. The chips were so good, sadly I don’t recall what they are made of. Enjoyed my meal!

Beautiful restaurant that showcases their own home grown veg. The dishes are so innovative where the vegetables are the main stars and its so flavourful even without any meat.

The restaurant is much bigger than I thought and they can accommodate to loads of people. I recommend this to anyone visiting Amsterdam.
