Here for just a night following a Hurtigruten Coastal Voyage. Lots of people from the trip to book in but the process was very efficient. Excellent location. Lovely room with well designed bathroom. Very pleased so far. Leaving before breakfast is served but a breakfast box is promised.

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations.  Incredible staff, clean and comfortable room and most importantly, DELICIOUS FOOD!!! the breakfast blew my mind and I honestly have NEVER been more satisfied in my whole life. 5 star hotel, CANNOT wait to come back!!! Thank you!!

The location of the hotel is very good, 2 minutes from the fish market where the restaurants, cafes, and clubs are. The hotel is old, slightly renovated, but from the entrance, it seems that it is neither properly maintained nor cleaned. The breakfast was okay, except for the coffee which was terrible. The rooms are small, the toilet and shower are okay. But what happened to us is unbelievable. They gave us a room without cleaning it, and we found towels on the floor, the beds unmade, and blood on the sheets. Unacceptable.

Upside - Excellent location, excellent breakfast with plenty of allergy friendly options. Delicious mocktail for the kids.
Downside - Tiny room with a parkinglot view and food leftovers under the bed.
No glutenfree options beyond chips & burger with no bread at restaurant in the evening.

Unfairly charged for an umbrella that we rented then returned to their umbrella machine. The surcharge bill was automatically taken once we came back from holiday. I tried to contact them through phone on multiple occasions but nobody would answer. Sent an email, no reply. Shamble of a hotel.
