Last week we have had a wonderful dining experience at Es Fanals Restaurant! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it feel like dinner at a friend’s house. For everyone who feels a little barrier, going to a fine dining restaurant, Es Fanals is truly the place to visit. Manager Natalia truly outdid herself with her exceptional service and attention to detail. She knows how to combine warm atmosphere and great service, and all that with a constant bright smile. Our waiter, Gerard, was incredibly knowledgeable about the wine selection and offered perfect pairing to our degustation menu. We were even served by the chefs, which added a personal touch to the evening. Thanks for that! The food was absolutely amazing, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Overall, it was a fantastic night filled with great food, warm hospitality, and a relaxed vibe. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful evening at Es Fanals, where the food was superb with delightful Mallorcan and Balearic influences. The Grand Balearic menu was the perfect choice, just come with an empty stomach, as it’s quite substantial! The wine selection was excellent, featuring both local wines from the island and others from mainland Spain. While the wine prices are slightly higher than elsewhere on the island, it’s absolutely worth it for the quality.

Save your money and go to La Romaguera instead for 3x the food at 1/3 the price. Awkward atmosphere since it is connected to the hotel pool. No views of the town, and only the upper balcony has a view of the sea (it is a nice view, though).

Overall, we had a positive experience even if there’s room for improvement. The atmosphere is relaxing, with a nice view of the sea. We chose the 7-course menu and the vegetarian one. We spent slightly more than 400€ for the menus, 2 wine tasting and 2 water bottles. The wine pairing is with great local wines (we had a delicious Vermouth). The experience lasted about 3 hours, but it felt relaxed, it is worth a visit if you’re a foodie and you like this kind of experiences. However, you can notice it’s not a starred restaurant yet, but there’s potential for growth.

Undoubtedly, this establishment offers a superb locale for indulging in an exclusive gastronomic adventure. My choice of the Balearic menu, complemented by a meticulous wine pairing, was nothing short of brilliant.

The evening commenced with an exquisite olive oil tasting, setting the stage for a profound journey through the rich flavors of the Balearic region. The selected wines harmoniously complemented each course, elevating the culinary experience to new heights.

From prawn carpaccio to smoked eggs, goat, grouper, and a myriad of other expertly prepared dishes, every bite unfolded as an enthralling exploration of taste. I may have indulged in a touch too much wine as the night progressed, but I savored every drop.

The staff exhibited the highest level of professionalism, possessing an intimate knowledge of each facet of the dishes. Their expertise and passion shone through in every interaction, making it a truly five-star experience that defies comparison.

Remarkably, I dined alone and yet received the finest treatment imaginable. This is a dining experience that transcends superlatives. It wouldn't be surprising to see Guide Michelin knocking at their door very soon.
