Right next to the city hall, Tivoli, shopping streets, metro station, and surrounded by nice cafes and restaurants.
Staff are super responsive (even emails) and friendly.
Restaurant Donna serves delicious food in a lovely environment.
Room is well-heated, noise isolation is perfect and bed is comfy. The downside is that towel rack is positioned quite high and almost unreachable for people under 5’2.
Overall the stay was pleasant 💖

I cannot recommend this place enough. I’ll give a slightly longer review so that future guests can get a clear picture of what to expect.

First of all, the staff— from check-in to check-out, we felt like we were welcomed into someone’s home. The people working here are incredible; kind, warm, and an absolute joy to talk to. They were so patient and understanding, especially considering we arrived with a very small baby. They were always attentive, and we truly appreciate them for making our stay such a wonderful experience.

The room was spotless and cleaned daily during our stay. It was cozy, spacious enough, and had all the necessities. If you need anything extra, just ask, and they’ll bring it to you in no time.

And let me talk about the breakfast—an easy 10/10. Fresh food, buffet-style, and absolutely delicious. I will seriously miss that ricotta spread and chia pudding, it was perfection.

As for the hotel itself, it has a central location, making everything super accessible. We walked everywhere, but if you need the metro, it’s just 50 meters away.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. One of the best decisions we made was booking here, with it's stunning decor and friendly staff this is one of the best places we've stayed in. Very comfortable beds, clean rooms and hospitable atmosphere. Can't recommend highly enough 🙌🏻

We booked this hotel for our weekend city break as we saw it had great reviews online. The location was perfect for us as it was close to town. We booked a double which did the job but the room is a little small. There was a stomping noise from above which was a bit annoying, however it didn't keep us awake and so didn't raise it with the staff.

As we were only there for a weekend, we opted to not have the room cleaned but they still left fresh towels outside the door which would be a nice touch if you wanted it.

All staff we spoke to were incredibly friendly and helpful, even helping us book a last minute dinner at the in-house restaurant. As we had booked directly we were able to get 15% there and at any of the sister restaurants. It was great we were able to leave our bags at the hotel after check-out.

"Mixed Experience - Great Location, but Misleading Room Photos"

I stayed with my boyfriend at Bella Grande Hotel for three nights. Here’s an honest take on our experience:

Positives:
The hotel's location is very convenient, and having someone available at the reception desk 24/7 was reassuring. The online check-in process was smooth, which made our arrival a breeze.

Negatives:
We had booked a Superior Double Room, partially because the photos on the hotel website showed two sinks in the bathroom. However, our room had only one sink, and when we asked, we were told that the hotel was fully booked with no alternatives available. Disappointingly, the room amenities didn’t match what we expected. There was no coffee maker or kettle in the room, so we had to visit the hotel restaurant for a simple cup of tea or coffee.

The bathroom may look Instagram-worthy, but in reality, it’s not very functional. The single sink is so small that even washing your face becomes a challenge. Overall, the design seems more focused on aesthetics for social media than actual convenience.

While we didn’t spend much time at the hotel and had a decent stay, I would caution future guests not to rely too heavily on the photos when booking.
